I usually go out of my way to compliment and tell managers about good service of employees and i almost never never never complain, cuz there are just too many bitchers in the world who dont count their blessings and appreciate what they have,..and some totally scum-losers complain just to try to get a free meal ....anyway...so normally I only compliment.... but I was irritated by my drive thru here 20 minutes ago...not a hard order, just 2 burgers and a french fry.. perhaps that bugged me too, cuz fries were just barely warm,...and soggy ;-( And instead of 2 simple burgers, got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches ...and Im ultra gringo and cant eat spicy food, Im too far away want to deal with taking this stuff back, so instead I turned into a little bit of a whiny frustrated idiot, sharing this... Called store as well ,but didnt seem too concerned... sounds like Im suppose to end this with fml, but really, this is not a big deal Perhaps in back of my mind I was frustrated too cuz personnel starting to look alot like Taco Bells, and it's just no guarantee that our countries English will ever need to be translated by the massive immigrant population we host, so our fast food orders are mostly a crap shoot anymore. Read moreNo stars. I ordered food yesterday. A fry, drink, and a hot and spicy. After picking up my food, getting home, and biting into my sandwich, I realized it was not a hot and spicy. They gave me a mc chicken with some kind of spicy orange sauce. I wouldn't have mind if they just told me they were out. But 5 mins later, I had an allergic reaction on my face around my mouth and throat(very itchy). I did not eat the whole sandwich because it wasn't to my liking. I ended up popping a benadryl, and after an hour, I was okay. The fries weren't fresh either, but I was surprised today when I called the manager to let her know. She immediately got defensive and wanted me to bring the food back as proof that the incident had happened. I told her that I did not want anything from them, just that I felt I should inform someone in charge that it happened. I'm not even sure what in the sauce they put on my food I might have been allergic to but if I had not happen to have benadryl I could've ended up calling 911 or in the er. I did open the sandwich before my hives set in, and I could see that it was an orange color spicy sauce. And I could visibly see that it was a mcchicken, not a hot and spicy mcchicken. I will not be going back to this location due to the carelessness of the staff and Manager that closes tonight. Hopefully, in the future, nothing similar will happen to...

We asked the lady up front for a manager and she said "Kevin" the manager would be back later because he was on lunch. 30 seconds later "Kevin" came walking up and we asked are you a manager? He said yes, but so was "Paula" the woman whom we had the very 1st interaction with. So right away we were very put off that "Paula" would lie directly to our faces and refuse to help us with eithger a refund for our double charge or just give us the item's that we were double charged for. She refused to do either. How unprofessional, rude and completely unacceptable & unnecessary. All over $4.32 😡 I'm appalled and shocked 😲 that they would treat us this way. 💔 We have been coming to this McDonald's for 2 decades and I may have to consider boycotting it. 🛑 Unless, someone can fix it or do something about bringing me back as a customer. It seems like management does not care anymore about the customer's legit issues. Kevin was professional and he tried his "best". Paula should definitely NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT!!!
