Subway — Restaurant in Albuquerque

My son left his iphone on the counter, and the phone was pinging in find my as last being in the shop.

They left and called me to tell me no luck, but they didn't think to leave any contact information incase someone found it later, so I called into the store to leave my callback number.

The woman identified herself as 'Pat'.

After I said 'my sons just came looking for a lost iphone, since it was pinging as still being in the store I was hoping that one of your employees could... ' - cut me off before I could finish and told me 'no one stole your kids phone, I'm the manager and I'm the only one here' and then she ends the call.

I tried to call back to explain the misunderstanding, and that I didn't think anyone stole a teenagers iphone SE, but that it was still pinging inside the store, so if someone did find it, I wanted to leave my information so we could come retrieve it and she answered the phone again, and whinnied like a horse. Seriously.

When my sons got back, they mentioned there was actually two women working at the time. Only noting this because she claimed to be the only one working in her statement to me.

My phone line is recorded for my job, at least we all get a good laugh out of her horse impression. Absolutely mind boggling.

I have filed a police report per suggestion from subway customer service. Never felt...

It's august 30th at 3pm I visited the store..there were two white girls and one Hispanic working... The skinny Hispanic girl was very rude to me and other customers.. She was blunt and short.. She saw me enter the store and proceeded to take around 5-6min to finally help me even though I was the only customer there.. I come to this location quite often and have never experienced this until now usually service is good..As other customers entered she got more aggravated.. I had a simple two foot long subway clubs the exact same as each other so it wasn't like I was being difficult.. All in all if you want good service at this place avoid going anytime before 5-6pm especially if this 5'5" Hispanic girl is working.. The little Hispanic girl (she's probably under 5 feet tall) that works the nights is always way more welcoming and provides a lot better service and makes a wayyyyyy better sandwich and I you can tell she puts pride in the work she does.. Don't go here...

Almost every week I get food from this subway until today, the worker who refused to give her name made my sandwiches perfect until on one I asked for avocado then after that one continued to use the same knife without cleaning it and my boyfriend and sister are deathly allergic to avacado. After I repeatedly told her that she couldn’t use that same knife she informed me she didn’t even though I saw with my own two eyes then after telling her nice three times she asked if I wanted to see the camera footage I then told her yes I would love to then she refused service kicking me and my sister out , then arguing with us the whole time telling my sister that she feels bad for her baby. I asked for the managers number she said to call the store even though she was the only employee in the store.
