I don’t ever think I felt more disrespected in a nail salon, or even a business establishment the most unprofessional I have seen a so-called Manager such an upsetting experience. I really wish I never came in pretty much me and my cousin came to get our toes done. We’re getting the number three that they have. We both got the same service. I noticed my cousin had something different than mine so I asked if I can get the same service as her, they threw a fit started to come in my Face and disrespect me and become very unprofessional. I didn’t appreciate that it was super upsetting. I wish I didn’t have to go through something like that and I still paid for a service they didn’t even do they didn’t paint my nails. They didn’t massage me only thing they did was clip my nails and scrubbed my legs. She kept trying to imply that I just wanted a free set .no I just wanted my service done that I asked for I still paid that was never the problem that lady has personal issues and needs help. She should not be a business owner or manager, or anything to have to do with an. Do not recommend coming here she makes the business look bad and eventually it’s probably gonna close that’s not how you run a business horrible experience I’ve had thus far it really just disappoints me because I truly love to spend my money on good quality businesses that’s never been a problem automatically assuming that I wanted to not pay was very insulting as well. I came in there, knowing that I’m going to be spending a lot of money because I wanted to treat myself and my cousin, I hope they learn to one day communicate I have as well of me being calm the whole time while they were being aggressive and still yelling at me I could’ve been very rude and aggressive like they were but I was not. I was calm the whole time. It just really sucks. That establishment is open to an employee like that and I still paid more than what I should’ve when I didn’t even get a service that I wanted plus my toes were not done so pretty much just got my legs rubbed and had to pay almost $100 disappointed but I just want to spread the word so no one else makes the same mistake. But I still wish the best for that employee maybe they are going through things and I hope they don’t take it out on customers I came there to spend my money and have a good time and I left being harassed and having to pay $100 for being harassed is crazy I have everything on video and I was calmed the whole time. First of all let me start with this, I am 30 years old. I am a dental receptionist at a solo dental clinic meaning I'm the first and last face you see when you come in, meaning I HAVE to look Good baby 😁, okay so let me tell y'all that being said I have been to MANY when I say Many I mean TONS of different nail salons & I've tried out different nail technicians and even tried doing The girly On the side with her little "home hustle" if you know what I mean lol but NONE OF THEM AND NOTHING compares to Sparkle Nails Salon. Please give these people their flowers 🌺🌹🌺 because Baby they Deserve it!! 👏🏻✨. My nails are beautiful 🤩❤️❤️❤️ Nicole kills it every single time. She has been in the game for 20 years and it Shows!! Trust me y'all 💯 I am not one to write reviews ( even if I don't like the service) but I Had to Give y'all my full , transparent, and HONEST Opinion/Review. Another thing I will mention is during Christmas,2023 I brought my 10 yr old who is very energetic and I was skeptical because the nails I've gotten for her always chipped off the next day or just never lasted with her. But when I came my daughter was serviced by (a small nail tech @Sparkle Nails with short black hair). This lady was so patient with my daughter and did the absolute cutest Christmas nails!! My daughter was so happy and after 3 weeks they still were looking just as pretty as when she first got them ( with growth of course). She said all her friends wanted to know where she went. Like I said the girls and the men at Sparkle Nails truly have the gift of gab. I will forever be a client !!! I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!! P.s I forgot to mention how impressed I am with their BATHROOM! LOL , alot of these salons will make their money off our business and I gotta always wait till I go home to even use the restroom but not here. First off they have 2 stalls so me And my daughter can use the restroom at the same time and the bathroom is just so clean and beautiful I'm so impressed every single time I go in. Thank you so much Nicole and Sparkle Nails for all that you do for your clients you are truly amazing!!!!...

Nicole is the best and worst thing about this salon and unfortunately because of her i will never use this establishment again. I booked with nicole directly because she did the design on my nails the time before and i thought it would make it easier. I have never had worse quality nails in my life. She didn’t speak to me about the design. Just did an uglier version really fast after looking at the photo for 3 seconds. I tipped her $20 because she spent the entire session talking about how busy they were and she had no time to eat. Before the next day was over i was calling it to complain that my nails were already chipping in several places. We booked a time for the next day. When i went in they told me it would be a 40 minute wait… on a Saturday. So I picked a new time and left so I could enjoy my weekend. When I came back nicole told me to sit down. I WAITED AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES for her to get upset at me, not file the polish she reslopped, and refuse to let the nails cure for the full time. She tried to kick me out while my nails were still tacky and when i refused she looked like she was burning inside. Two weeks later now they look as bad as they did that first day, it did hold up about a week before cracking this time. I’ve never had such a bad experience somewhere and will not be going to this establishment again. The man i had worked with there had much better quality than her. She did not have the patience to work with dark colors.

I used to only get pedicures which I hadn’t had issue with them on that. This is why I gave 2 stars.

Edit to respond: The way your employees are trained vs what happened were very different. And if that’s the case then you should just have customers meet you at the end of the day. It’s extremely rude to schedule people to sit in your tiny lobby for...
