To the Owners: I was turned away at 1PM on a Saturday afternoon. I approached this location to discover the front door locked but obvious business being conducted on the inside. With the lack of any sort of signage; I found myself confused but luckily and lady was leaving at that very moment. I inquired if they were closed and she informed me "no they're open". So I proceeded to enter through the exit she was using thinking to myself "some small child must've been playing with the 'spinny thing'" so I took it upon myself to re-unlock the door for them. A (I'm presuming) manager proceeded to shout out to me "Sir! No! We have that locked for a reason! I'm trying to give my employees a chance to catch up on everything we have." I proceeded to give her the thumbs up, re-locked the door and promptly left. Now you may want to blame the manager or the staff in this scenario but; I'll be honest, I'm no longer tolerating this "short staffed" situation. Business owners: should you find yourself short staffed in todays business environment it's your own fault and no one else. If your business is doing well enough you can afford to turn customers, ANY customer, away then you're doing well enough to pay people more and create an environment where people actually WANT to work. If you're NOT doing well enough to turn customers away then you don't care about the business you own because you're doing NOTHING to rectify this problem. Either way: this is not the staffs fault. This fault lies purely on either the greedy or...
Read moreUgh.. so my family hasn’t been to this location in over a year, because the last 3 times we went, they consistently messed up our order. We even had wrong orders handed to us, things would be missing, etc.
We were deciding between this Coors location or chipotle, and decided to give this a try again and just, wow.
I was on the phone with my husband as he ordered at the drive thru, and clearly heard him order and the order repeated back to us.
We ordered one kids chicken enchilada meal, with red sauce, supposed to come with beans and rice.
One chicken enchilada platter, red sauce, supposed to also come with beans and rice.
One chicken street taco meal, also supposed to come with beans and rice.
When he got home we sat down immediately to eat and everything was cold and hard.
No rice in any of our meals, all had old, cold breakfast potatoes instead of rice. The smallest scoop of cold beans.
My husbands tacos had just chicken lol no onions, no cilantro.
My enchilada meal was laughable, one small rolled up tortilla with cold hard cheese, no chicken, and neither my son nor I had any enchilada sauce!
We’re going back tomorrow morning, as they aren’t answering their phone to get our money back, and never returning to this location. After a year, they’re still messing up.
How are they even still open.
The other locations are great. This one...
Read moreWent this morning to the drive thru and ordered the taco 12 pack for the 1st time. It comes with 3 bacon and egg, 3 bean and cheese, 3 sausage and 3 bean and cheese. We asked for lots of salsa. They gave us the taco box and a bag w 6 salsas, 3 red, 3 green. I asked for more salsa, the drive thru lady brought 3 green, I asked for 6 red instead, so we'll have 1 salsa for each taco, another lady came back and said salsa was in the box, I looked and saw 1 large container of red and 1 green, and we thanked her and left. Get home and only the bean and cheese and potato and egg were labeled, we open the large red salsa container in the box and it's not salsa it's taco sauce and it's nasty. Thankfully we had salsa at home to use. We start unwrapping the tacos since half aren't labeled, 1 taco only had egg in it (it was supposed to have bacon), the 3 bean and cheese only had beans, the 3 potato and egg were mostly egg, 2 had 2 pieces of potato and the 3rd one had 3, the sausage tacos were mostly egg as well, had to search for the sausage. Taco Cabana has been my favorite fast food taco place, but after this, it'll be awhile before I give them another chance. So...
