First few times I have been here no complaints and they were always great at designs and the quality was good. This might have been a fluke but Iām so disappointed with my last set of nails. I will say it was a rebase but only the first rebase. Within a week exactly three nails broke. I finally had time to go get them fixed I go in and the man told me to come back in about four hours. I call the next day to see when I could get them fixed again and they said come in an hour, I did and then waited another hour till I was finally seated. The worker did a great job fixing them and even did them for free which I really appreciate. Another day passes by another nail broke off, so four total within nine days. Basically wasted close to four hours just to get nails that I know will likely not even survive two weeks. Sadly I wonāt be returning based on the lack of efficiency to fix the nails and just the quality in general.
UPDATE: I went back to get my nails fixed and I am so pleased with the customer service. The owners (i believe) were very kind. Instead of just fixing my nails they offered me a free set (not even a rebase) to apologize. the new nails look great but more importantly I really appreciate the willingness to make this right. Additionally I saw Victoria doing an amazing design on another client. Mistakes happen but this is a place that will fix it when they happen and value their work. Definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām writing this review as I sit in the chair because frankly I canāt relax. The first time I came here it was amazing! I had a girl who took her time and did a wonderful job and I was able to relax and enjoy the treatment, so I came back hoping for the same experience. This is my second time coming here and I have a different woman who is pretty aggressively rushing through my pedicure completely:( (literally from me picking my color to the massage to the polish) Iāve been here for about 20 minutes and my deluxe pedicure is almost done. The cherry on top (kinda silly but still strange to me) is that I have pretty tiny pinky toes and at least four of the workers have pointed it out and laughed at it! One of them was (I kid you not) doing a manicure and told her client to turn around and look and they both looked at my toe and giggled! I think the client got embarrassed when she realized I was looking right at her. Iām not insecure about my little toes but it just feels really uncomfortable and unprofessional here this evening and nothing about a service Iāll unfortunately be paying for has felt nice. Iāll likely not return again and take my tiny toenails (lol) to a more consistent and warm...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got a black manicure with a burgundy ombrĆØ, and I want to be very clear: the nail tech did a wonderful job. The polish is beautiful, exactly what I had in mind, and appreciate the care she put into the work. That said, the overall experience made me made me uncomfortable. At one point, I was suddenly surrounded by three staff members. They began speaking in their native language while looking at me, then pulled out a calculator and tapped on the drying machine all without explanation or communication. I said nothing, but the situation was clear: I was being discussed in a way that felt pointed and excluding.
After that, another staff member kept coming over and commenting further on my nails. It no longer felt like customer service it felt like I was being observed or evaluated, not simply served.
I come to salons to pay for professional services, not to be made to feel like Iām being talked about or treated like an oddity. No matter how good the nails are ā and they really are ā the discomfort left a...
