Teriyaki Chicken Bowl — Restaurant in Albuquerque

If I could do a zero star I would we used to love coming here we haven’t eaten this in a really long time and we’re really looking forward to it we pulled up and needed a few moments to look at the menu some things have been taken off so we were looking when we started ordering the guy taking our order started off rude asking is that it what else the last thing I ordered I didn’t hear him repeat the number due to a big loud truck in front of me so when I repeated it he answered that’s what I said I told him he didn’t have to be rude I didn’t hear him I couldn’t back out and leave because there was another big truck behind me I asked to speak to the manager at the window he wasn’t apologetic he just said I understand ok ok I’ve been in customer service for 21 yrs and NEVER NEVER have I talked to a customer like that I understand about being busy and wanting to go home I get it I’m a waitress and a mom I’m on my feet all day literally but there is absolutely NO REASON for me to be treated the way I was another paying customer and everywhere we eat we always order a lot and over $100 we were gonna order more than what we did but at the window I canceled sorry but they will NOT be getting any more business...

This place used to be good many years ago. However customer service was absolutely horrible. I walked in and waited over 5 minutes to order because front desk person was "on break" and he stared at me from the seat he was sitting in only ten feet away. The old lady working the drive thru also just stared at me for five minutes. Typical...That's not my job employee. No wonder she is 80 and still working a min wage job. She has made a whole lifetime of bad choices and the kid "on brake" was headed down the same road as Grandma. I asked for a refill on my soda after waiting again for over 5 mins and was told it was .43 cents. You would think that making me wait both times, plus almost 10 mins for my food to come out they would have offered me a free refill. What a joke this place is, I will never return. For over $10.. I could have eaten at Chili's, Applebee's, Olive Garden, panda, Chipotle, Red Lobster or any of the other chains nearby, with all the free refills I could drink. Never ever again will they get my business or...

I can't describe the feeling of biting into a small white pebble, but this absolutely **ing sucked. I am showing my fingers pinching it to show that this is not a piece of rice but indeed a small white pebble. I took a few bites. The chicken was good. Broccoli was good. Cabbage was fine and dandy, but as soon as I got to the rice layer, I guess I just got unlucky. At home. I clean the rice out thoroughly to avoid this. Lucky I don't have a cavity or sensitive teeth, or that would have been a dentist visit, along with not finishing my lunch. Throughly not happy. Of course, I'm late from my lunch now to get a cash refund. And wanted the food back, I was like screw it all and gave the bag, napkin, and even an un-drank large coke. The young manager said, "Sorry for the inconvenience." I gave him a thumbs up and drove off. Like, cool, that saved the day or changed the fact I bit into a rock 🪨 or felt like you don't believe a customer. Highly would not...
