Update 7/10: My membership was cancelled Early again just because you had a bad day doesn't mean I deserve being called ugly or disrespected because a machine. Most of all I don't disrespect staff at any location. If there isn't anyone to wipe vehicles it's ok I get it, let them rest and rehydrate. If the vacuums doesn't work, ok that's fine just don't disrespect me cause I'm bent over cleaning what the machine doesn't pick up. I've been a member since this location open up and now since customer service has fallen they have avoid my calls and emails My vehicle is majorly scratched up from the machine. I called to talk about this to the customer service but no one has contacted me since and I've emailed them. At this point they charged me again before my 30 day...

My wife and I have given this place a few chances and came home with dirty cars each time. I recently ran my truck through the $23 wash and came home dirty. The kiosk asks for a tip before service so I gave $3 for an after tax total of $27.75. I did not see the team wiping cars but was hopeful that with a tip they may help me out. I have an sci making me a paraplegic. After the person pre treated my truck it ran through a full all the bells and whistles wash and drove home 1.5 miles to inspect the job. There are multiple areas of my truck left dirty after their wash. I took the pictures you see here rite after I got home. My truck was just a little dusty from being parked on a concrete driveway for a few weeks here in Albuquerque. When I contacted the customer service team via email with pics they gave me line about the truck being too dirty before the wash and why did I not bring it back for a rewash. Customer blaming is not a good look when you’re just not cleaning my vehicle properly. Mister isn’t much more money and they vacuum and wipe down your vehicle every time. Champion xpress forces the customer to be quality control. I appreciate the offer for a free wash but if the 1st one did not get it clean what makes you think another will do the trick. So here's a story about someone who really helped me out, I went to this car wash and I guess I dropped my wallet there somewhere while I was vacuuming my car. I didn't realize this at first but about 5 hours later I realized that I lost my wallet, I looked everywhere and it was gone straight up. At this point It could've been several places because I had made like ten stops throughout the day since then. I had already given up looking and I thought it was over, when all of the sudden someone cash apps me a dollar and says they have my wallet! I couldn't believe it. So I sent their dollar back and went and collected the wallet , things have been rough for me lately and that was the nicest thing someone has done for me in years I still can't believe it. So I'm writing this review for a truly special employee named Kiara. Thank you! I hope you see this and I can't thank you enough for your extra effort and helping me out. You saved my ass big time and I truly appreciate what you did it will come back to you in good ways for real. I only wish I could do more to reward you for what you did.
