I dined here on 28 May and 02 June while on business trips.
28 May the airport was VERY busy (not normal for ABQ) due to flight delays to TX. The restaurant was full other than a couple tables. I received quick and professional service from James P. I got the classic club- it came out quick and was good.
02 June was not quite as busy, but I was quickly seated by Noah and served by Jin H. Jin even had the draft beer list typed up and in his server notebook so I could look at it while he tended to another table. Lots of good local beers to choose from. My food (chicken tenders and a fruit cup) came out very quickly. Another good stop at Watch!
I was impressed both times with how many staff the restaurant had. Having lots of staff meant tables were served quickly. The staff was also very efficient and did a great job keeping the atmosphere positive amid the delays customers were experiencing on 28 May. I will definitely be going...
Read moreDuring a 3hour layover, we decided to have an early dinner at Watch! Sports Lounge and Grill. From the moment we arrived, Noah, the greeter, welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel right at home. The airport doesn’t offer many dining options, but this place turned out to be a solid choice. The food was good – I really enjoyed the tuna sandwich, and the Caesar salad was decent. We also tried the chips and salsa, which were fine. What truly stood out was the service. Angela, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Despite us asking lots of questions to kill time, she remained incredibly patient and accommodating. While the food selection is somewhat limited, the cool and laid back ambiance more than makes up for it. Overall, I’d recommend Watch! Sports Lounge and Grill for its warm hospitality, especially...
Read moreThis was the only restaurant in the airport that was open past 9 pm. We waited 5 minutes to be seated , per the signage. After the waitress felt less occupied by 6 bar customers, we were addressed. After being told to sit wherever we were approached by the bar tender a few minutes later. She informed us of the food items that were not available. She informed us that she will give us a moment to decide. After waiting for over 20 mins to be served we had to leave. Everyone who was a not a person of color were served immediately. Even after looking at her intently to let her know that we’re ready to place her our patience we was ignored.
Sadly, we were forced to spend $50 on junk food all because a racist bartender/server refused to serve 3...
