Walked in and the door was locked on one side during business hours. Went around after the employee inside signaled me to go around. Upon reaching the female cashier (Autumn is her name I think) my guest told her they should put a sign on the door for their customers. The brunette teen cashier ignored her so my company said it again in which we she stared with no response. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt so I said, "perhaps she didnt hear us" so I said to my guest maybe she didnt hear us. My guest said, "she heard me. " I decided to talk to make the statement about the door needing a sign. The teen finally responded but was clearly offended because my guest called her out for her rude behavior and took our order. We paid and walked away to get our condiments and napkins while waiting for our order. There were no napkins available so I returned to ask the same cashier for some. While she was getting the fries ready she was next to her coworker johnathon ortiz and under the guise that she thought they were in private, she clearly said to him that the woman (my guest) that she was interacting with was giving her attitude and she said she better not come to her like that or she'll punch her in the face in which he (Ortiz) smirked. I called her out on it immediately in which she I knew she messed up because I asked her to turn around a few times in which she froze for a moment. When she finally did I told her you dont talk to your customers like that that's inexcusable in which she actually argued with me defending her poor actions saying it my guest's fault. I started yelling at her and Ortiz came to defend her and I explained I was there to get napkins and overheard their conversation in which Ortiz tried to ignore and fix with napkins. I berated them both and demanded to their manager. Ortiz continued to argue as well and was extremely rude. The manager Taylor finally appeared and told Ortiz to leave the scene in which he refused multiple times. I told the manager she needs to put a halt to her employees actions and all she did was apologize over and over instead of disciplining her employees. Ortiz continued to smirk the whole time as he failed to protect his little girlfriend who started the whole issue. This whole team needs to be evaluated and trained and the brunette cashier and Ortiz fired. I refused the food and it took another 5 minutes to get a refund from Taylor as she ran towards the back. I tried to even talk to her and get things straight without more issue after the incident and the Ortiz kid continued to run his mouth but that ruined it. 0 stars for this location.
