Hubbs and I stopped in for lunch on a Tues afternoon. We were seated quickly and pur server greeted us in a timely manner. She was happy and upbeat even though this is at the end of COVID and they had restrictions in place that to me seemed to take away a bit of Hooters charm. Cute smiling people friendly and engaging is what I come to expect from Hooters, but of course COVID has changed that a lot so I feel the ladies were still very sweet and inviting which made my visit here even better. I also found out a couple of the ladies here aee actually Hooters Calender girls! I think that's impressive, it shows they take their job serious and that's Awesome! We ordered a couple of beers and some boneless wings, honey bbq and parm garlic to start. The beer was served oce cold and quick the wings took about 8min and were great. Very saucy and I feel like we got a couple more than the 12 we ordered! 😎 Silly little notice but hey we find delight in the small things and appreciate a dining experience that gives us our monies worth! For our meal, my hubby went with the fish sandwhich and I went with the macaroni and cheeseburger! We were really hungry and figured sandwhiches would fill us up. Boy were we right and SUPER Surprised when our order arrived!! 💥😛 The sandwiches were COLOSSAL and mine looked just like the picture!! My husband's fish sandwhich was a whole filet of fish! It was great! We both laughed and smiled as pur server sat down his plate. We were expecting a lil frozen filet. The food tasted pretty good too. I personally make my mac and cheese a bit more tight and flavorful BUT I'm a Southern Black Woman who makes it as the star lf Thanksgiving meals so I try not to judge. All in all...we had a wonderful lunch and would recommend you stop by and grab a bite to eat and judge for yourself.

Wednesday. 5/14/25 5:00PM Ist time visiting this Hooter's restaurant in northwest Albuquerque (NM). EASY to locate in traffic, at Alameda (Blvd) & Corrales (Rd.) The 'vibe' at that time of the day was laid-back & comfortable. Instant seating was available, plenty of *LIVE* sports TVs to watch while filling the belly, AND the Hooter's Servers were attentive & PROFESSIONAL! Parking was adequate for THAT time of the day. I ordered the All-You-Can-Eat Chicken Wingettes & Waffle Fries (about $20) to get started. Food was hot & delivered quickly! Thought I could knock-down about 30 or 40 wingettes (when I arrived), but I had to tap-out at 15 or 16!😄😄 Must've been those 'filling' Waffle Fries! Special "Thanks!!" to my Greeter/Server, Ms. "Serenity" for your kindness and Customer Service EXCELLENCE! You made my 1st visit to Hooter's feel like "home"! 🤠🤠 The wingettes were tasty! "I'll Be Back"! For Sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for wings. Friendly staff and clean. I'd rather have a menu I can hold instead of the QR code thing but I understand why they do it that way. I love their wings and the specials are usually pretty good. Ther are tuns of TVs here so you can pretty much watch whatever game/event you want. It's always funny to see how many parents ts bring children here. Not that it's bad... necessarily... I just don't think of Hooters as a "bring you kids" kinda place.

If I could leave no stars I would. Placed an order online through the Hooters website at 5:30pm and scheduled the pick-up for 7:30pm on a Friday night. Arrived at the restaurant at 730pm. Food was waiting on the table. The receipt time was 6:14pm. I asked the hostess if the food had been sitting there since 6:14pm and she lied saying that's when the ticket was received. Drove less than 5 minutes back to our house and the food was ice cold. It had been sitting so long the containers and food were covered in condensation. I called the restaurant and explained that our food was inedible. I received no apology and was told I would have to bring the food back to the restaurant where I would have to replace the order and then wait for 15-20 minutes while they remade our food. When we got back to Hooters the manager came over and basically scolded us for ordering our food online. He said they make the food as soon as they get the order and the corporate website doesn't give them a pick-up time. I call bs. Lazy and incompetent is the real reason. They weren't even busy. No apology for the inconvenience of having to order and pick our food up twice. No compensation. The only other comment from the manager was, next time call us to place your order. Guess what? There won't be a next time. This is why New Mexico restaurants fail and deserve to do so. Complete and total lack of customer service. Blaming your customer for your failures at a corporate or local level is an excellent way to go out of business. I'll be doing my part to ensure...

The server at the bar was rude, acted busy , greeted us but then said she had to go greet some people that just walked up and took their drink orders instead. She took our drink orders good 10 minutes later get our first drinks. Ordered wings . By the time we were done with our 2nd beer , she finally brings the wings out, given, 2 well dressed hipsters next to us got instant beers and their wings were out in 2 minutes no exaduration. I ate the wings anyway and asked that the next round not be cold because they were legit cold like they sat there for 15 minutes. and then she throws a fit , stormed off and threw her plates down , so I let the manager know . He brought our wings out relatively fast , I tipped her double the ticket $30 and wrote “Come On!” On the ticket to make a point. I’ve worked in the food business before that girl should not be running a bar ever . She’d be lucky to be a mediocre waitress with a bad attitude . It was a pretty terrible overall experience, I’m going to twin peaks from now and on they are always super nice and treat their...
