Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Garbage. I went there and had to wait over 5 minutes just to place my order in the drive thru. Then when I get to the window another 10 minutes later, they told me they were all out of part of my order. I drove off at first but then came back because I did want the rest of my order. When I got back to the window I explained that and I also mentioned to the manager (some scrawny little kid with a buzz cut and a face tattoo) that if the only thing I had ordered was what they were out of, I’d have waited 15 minutes for no reason (because they didn’t tell me until I got to the window.) He got indignant and just kept waving his hands and saying I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have any more. I guess some managers can’t handle criticism, and then get ballsy from behind a window. Either way, 15 minutes to not even get what I wanted gets them one star from me, only because there’s no option...

Food was good. Customer service lack of experience. We Got into a discussion over the bill. I order 9.98 worth of food plus a drink ( witch I think are kind over price 2.99 a large one) plus 0.80 to add cheese to my hot dogs let's say 10+3+0.80= 13.80-0.03=13.77. I was charge 16.75 I think. I talk to the manager & he said was the machine charging me the amount & he can't do nothing about. After a Lil discussion for about 5 min. He was mad & ask me if I want my money back, cause he can't do nothing about the bill. I told him yeah I want my money. He was ready to give me my money when he noticed the mistake in the bill, I was been charge for 2 extra corn dogs I didn't order. He apologize. Was okay, but I think they need to have like a peace item. Something to offer or a discount or something after the discussion, the apology by itself wasn't very satisfying. ...

Extremely disappointed! Went here to get ice creams for dessert, waited in line in drive thru for 23 minutes for our order , we were stuck with a vehicle ahead of us & 1 behind us .When the person in front of us FINALLY got their order & we pulled up we were handed our icecream almost immediately only to see it was 1/2melted meaning it too had been sitting there waiting .When melted ice cream was pointed out to cashier we got a giggle & a comment of yea its really hot today it melts fast ! When i suggested to the cashier that they shouldve had person in front of us pull forward to wait on their food so others could get their orders without a long wait she laughed , said really im srry ok .SERIOUSLY!!! Kind of common sense i would think ! Well needless to say never again will i be visiting...
