Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I will not be going to ANY Starbucks locations every again, until they change their new recently added bathroom policy: My morning routine has always consisted of going to this Starbucks location, sitting down with my drink, and studying, when I finish my drink, I go up and purchase a drink from the workers. This has been my routine forever. Today, March 21st 11:20, I had been studying and went up to ask for the bathroom code. The female worker informed me she would not give me the code unless I purchase something. I was astonished, I come here often, and have contributed quite a lot to Starbucks. She was adamant about this, and then I asked for the manager he also likewise informed me of this. I said I would not go to Starbucks anymore and provide my business to them anymore if they wouldn't be courteous. I drink and buy from them all THE TIME. The mistreatment I received today has made me determine that I will no longer be a customer of Starbucks. It is absolutely ridiculous that this is a new policy, I could understand if the person comes in and is studying but is not a regular customer who comes in all the time I can understand. I could also likewise understand that if it was implemented to mainly affect like homeless people in the city I also understand. But I am neither of these.

Careless employee sends me to hospital unapologetically. I have a life threatening nut allergy. I ordered a Strawberry Matcha tea and within one sip could taste a nutty flavor. I immediately called this location to ask the manager to find who made the drink and what ingredients where used. I told them I needed to know in order to save my life by starting life saving medication if so immediately. What i was told "We are busy and I have no way to know who made your drink. If you want to come back we can remake it otherwise hope YOU FEEL BETTER" I begin to experience an anaphylactic reaction from the nut ingredient they used in a nut free drink at that point. I required immediate medical help and ended up receiving an epinephrine shot to save my life. I cant believe how dismissive and careless the employees where. I nearly lost my life due to this gross negligence of food handling. YOU, EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE ALMOST KILLED ME then told me your to busy to even ask if a mistake was made. Ps. No they didn't even refund my card. This occurred for any upper manager reading july 20th 11.18am Mistakes can kill people like me who deal with...

Im kinda Biased to coffee seeing as I have ADHD but if you like strong coffee I get a Venti Blonde White Mocha Latte with 4 shots of espresso (quad) and it is heaven in a cup! 2 or 3 and I nap like a baby. When I am hungry I get the Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon sandwich and it tastes like they just Made it fresh. The Baristas are all Amazing and super friendly.... I Already have the pleasure to know a few by name and I hope...as time goes on and I Spend more time here To get to know all of their names. Please remember they are not coffee makers and they do much more then just warm stuff up...that's what you do at home...that's why you come here..So please respect them and their Craft because it's not as easy as it looks....can you do it? Can you even tell me what ingredients are in your drink? Didn't think so...They are not only Crafted Trained Professionals but if you think about it....they're kinda Sitters too....How much is your morning worth to you?
