Most recently my wife went through the drive through coming home from the water park. She ordered two double quarter pounder meals, a 10 piece nugget meal, a happy meal, two cheeseburgers and a 20 piece nugget. Person taking the order kept rushing her and talking over her so she had to review the order repeatedly. They handed her the order and closed the window. She started to drive off while my niece checked the order. They didn't include the happy meal. My wife had to back through the line to get the happy meal. Then, when they got home we found that the 10 piece nuggets were missing. The fry and drink were there just not the nuggets. My wife called the restaraunt and asked for the manager. They placed the phone down for a few minutes and as soon as the manager picked up there was static and beeping, so my wife had to hang up and immediately called back. This time they never answered. It rang like 20 times. She hung up and called back again. They picked up after like 8 rings and she once again asked for the manager. The person on the line said she was. My wife explained she was going to be heading back over there and wanted the nuggets and a refund for the nuggets since this would be her third time and 40 minutes of her time dealing with the line. The "manager" put the phone down for a few minutes and someone else picked up and said they wouldn't do that. She had to pick nugget or refund. My wife said to refund so she didn't have to go back up there. They said she still had to go back. So she STILL had to make a trip up there instead of eating. The whole time they were being rude and talking amongst themselves insinuating my wife is trying to steal food. They were speaking all of this in Spanish to each other, assuming my wife couldn't understand. This all is the last straw in a long history of missing orders, incorrect orders, overcharging orders and extremely poor attitudes, ESPECIALLY from the management. I don't expect perfection, but I DO expect courtesy and for them to own up to their repeated mistakes and make it right, which you will never get here. Avoid this restaraunt...
Read moreI'm not usually one for writing reviews, but in this case, I felt driven to do so. On May 18, 2024, at around 10:27 a.m., I visited this spot. I ordered through the drive-thru, and the person who took my order was friendly, but then I got to the window. And there was this lady with a very horrible attitude. She handed me my order, noticed that I was about to ask her another question, and simply closed the window. I waited till she opened it, and she delivered me my order in an unsatisfactory manner. And then I asked for her name, and she pointed at herself, and I was like "yes you," and she just made me an ugly face, and she didn't give it to me, so I just said "thank you". As a member of this community, I didn't appreciate her attitude, and she has to work hard on her customer service skills because it's her job to be good at it. I understand if she was going through something, but in high school and college, I was taught that no matter what is going on at home or personally, you must leave it at home. Personally, I wouldn't want someone like that working for me since I don't want my customers to feel compelled to post rude reviews about my establishment. (05/29/2025) I ordered 5$ meal with my burger not to have any onions or pickles plus two kids meal, I had a problem with drive thru order on their part and I wasn’t going to leave since I had already been charged “I have receipts”any way I speak to the manger Kelly she personally said I’ll make your order saw my receipt confirmed my order with me the whole time she was signing and grunting( I wasn’t rude they are prepping my food why would I get them mad?)
