Arby's — Restaurant in Alexandria

Got home with our order. Completely wrong. They gave me roast beef in a box instead of a double beef n cheddar and gave me the smallest French dip and Swiss (was supposed to be 1/2 pound). Drove back to the store to get it corrected. Shay was super sweet and apologetic. Had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom to authorize them to make the correct food. In the meantime, Austin from the drive thru butted in running his mouth and being rude. He was cussing at me and carrying on to the next two or three customers in the drive thru as well. The way he was carrying on he should have been fired on the spot! Disgrace! The manager was not apologetic nor did she want to listen to what was going on. She sent him to smoke. Wow! She heard him yelling and cussing at me and didn’t do anything to handle it. She wasn’t friendly or apologetic about the order mishap or the rude employee. Got home just now (almost an hour from original order now because they took 40 minutes to correct the food) and the 1/2 lb French dip and swiss is missing the swiss and the fries are cold. I’m going out of my way to let others know that the food is prepared with minimum effort It tastes unlike any Arby’s I ate ate before and I like Arby’s.The asue dipping sauce for the French dip was watered down and the sandwich was a mess with cheese everywhere and did not smell right.i just tossed it in the trash. This Arby’s needs new management to look at what’s going on. Been going on here for the last two years, and everyone I ever spoke with is aware Service has been like this I promised myself I would come here, but I try again and it’s the same as it was then.I can’t believe it but it’s true come here and you will see employees don’t care.The drive thru is very slow you will wait even when there are only 2 cars in front you.You will be here 20 mins minimum.So that’s my experience every time.please fix this place management just look at...

The past three times I have come to this location there has been issues. The first time they forgot food after having us pull forward to wait and the food we waited for was wrong and cold. The second time I ordered Mac and cheese bites and they were so over cooked they crumbled in my hand and had no filling. When asked for more I was told they all look like that because they were dropped thawed. I suggest dropping them frozen like you do everything else. The fries are ALWAYS cold and hard. The sandwiches are always very poorly made. The third and final straw was the French dip with mainly bread and not even a half cup of au ju.
