Very disappointed. Hang on folks, things are about to GET CRAZY. I can't beleive I'm typing this, but I just got off the phone with an employee (assistant manager) at the store who argued with me for 30 minutes. I ordered online and they sent me the wrong pizza. No problem right? So I call him up and say hey you guys made me the wrong pizza. Also, when it got here all of the cheese and sauce had slid off the side and pooled against the side of the box. The employee, Havib Fsin, immediately took this personally and started arguing with me. He said that he made the pizza correct according to the order and that the website must have messed up. I said - ok that's fine but that's not what I ordered. Can you send me the correct pizza? 30 minutes later he finally agreed to do this. I can't beleive I actually spent that much time trying to get the correct pizza. He also told me that he didn't know his general managers name and that is was not written down anywhere in the store. Hmmm... ok... Crazy update: So a second delivery driver brings the correct pizza, but he tries to hustle me for more money for the delivery fee and extra tip. I told the driver that I understand that, but the manager at the store never mentioned that to me, and unfortunately I don't carry any cash. (I'm a millennial! Lol) The driver started to get very upset and said "well that's not my problem". At this point I just want my pizza that I've waited almost 2 hours for so I try to call the store to pay the extortion money over the phone by credit card. The line gets picked up and immediately hung up three times in row. I've got my phone on speaker phone and the driver hears this. I tell him "what do you want me to do man? The manager never said I needed to pay any money for this replacement pizza and I keep getting hung up on trying to pay over the phone." I offered to give him the original pizza to prove that I hadn't ate it. He starts to get even more agitated and keeps aggressively and angrily pushing me to give him the cash. I feel like somerhing is up and maybe the manager and this guy have some sort of weird scam going on. So walk over to my kitchen counter and ask for his name. He refuses to to tell me, then WALKS INTO MY HOUSE, grabs the pizza and leaves. As he's leaving say "hold up, let me give you the other pizza too" I walk into the hall, then put the pizza box on top of the other one in his hands. He then flips the box over and FLINGS it down the steps to my apartment, covering the walls and carpet in pizza sauce and cheese. I can't express how bizarre and surreal this was. Un. Real. The driver also totally freaked out my dog who peed all over the floor. By the way, the reason I'm ordering pizza is cause I thew out my back and am taking the day off. But I have to spend the next 30 minutes cleaning up the mess in my apartment and apartment hallway, hurting my back even more. 2nd Update: I keep trying to call the store trying to get a refund. 5 times in a row they pick up and hang up. One time the pick up the phone and just leave it off the hook. I can hear in the background that they're talking about me. A bit later I get a call from the original delivery guy (who was a nice kid). He apologies, says he has no idea how any of this happened and says that he can bring me a new pizza. I told him, "hey man, you didn't do anything wrong at all so don't worry about it". I said there's no need for a new pizza and I just want a refund. I drove to the store, limped in, and spoke to a nice guy at the counter (NOT Havib) who apologized and offered me a refund immediately. Of course, I appreciate that but there's zero chance I'm ever ordering Domino's again. It was a wild two and a half hours trying to get a pizza. I drove through Taco Bell on the way home.

Use order from Domino's Pizza a lot. The nearest is only five minutes away by car and as I ordered using the online system you would think they would always deliver it hot, correct, and on time. No. I stopped ordering from them years ago because of series of delivers which they totally messed up and, in one case, got to me after over an hour. So I ordered from them a few days ago just to see if they had improved. Still took them about 45 minutes to get to me. For me that is kind of the standard delivery time. But these guys are just up the street. So that's not very good. The pizza was okay. Still warm and the toppings were right. But in the end I felt it wasn't worth the price. At least not after you add the delivery charge and tip. Hey, I love the Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes. But its not really worth the wait or cost when there are a ton of places out there who can delivery you pizza without a delivery fee. Alexandria is full of them. Addition: Decided to try Domino's Pizza again. I figured out what I wanted to buy and even figured out how many calories per slice the pizza I ordered would be. So ordered it and it came on time. And they had cut it into squares. Really? WHY? What the heck is THAT about? So another point taken away. Also, to be honest, I was shocked on how tiny the boneless chicken wings were. What were they. Tenders? Nuggets? Afterthoughts? Update - Proving useful during the stay-at-home order.

Where is the no star button when you need it, I honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. We order out a lot and sometimes decide to get pizza from this place & EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an issue with the driver bringing us our pizza, we expect it at this point, even though we have delivery driver parking, receptionist to tell him where to go or when we tip 20%+. Aside from Ahmed not being able to speak English he’s been able to use every excuse in the book, “elevators busy, no parking, I don’t where it is, too many orders, no other drivers” today his excuse was that “he was busy”and couldn’t come up but in all the time that it took me to get up, get my daughter and I dressed, go down & look for him, he could’ve brought me my pizza and left, so he obviously wasn’t that busy. I’ve also ordered pizza and they’ve decided that no one wanted to come deliver it and when I called over 20x’s no one answered. So I had to order something else & called the next day they told me their employees left early (hours before they closed) for a celebration. I usually don’t right reviews but this place is absolutely horrendous I understand these are franchised out but Dominoes has their name on this place and should consider closing it down. I will be eating DiGiorno from now on, cause you know, “it’s not delivery it’s DiGiorno Photo: parked in delivery driver parking spot waiting for me to come down

many negative things happing at this store ,I placed a carry order for tow pizzas & paid with cash money when I asked the girl (she speak very good English & Spanish too) she told me we don't have receipt for cash money only credit I kept asking for me cash money & said the my right to have it & i told her i always pay fir may order with cash in this store & they gave me my cash money receipt she try to be smart & gave me some customer else credit card receipt with the same amount I paid for my pizzas so by this time her supervisor came in Ii told him about what happened he asked me which employee did that , i pointed at her . I seen them when touching the money from customers the go straight making pizzas (food) without washing their hands (germ in money) this a very serious violation & health issues , no welcome (greeting) when enter the store expect white customer!!! why because the afraid that only white customers they complains they wrong about that yesterday 11/07/2018 between 3pm & 4pm I entered the sore that supervisor dark tall man he was making a pizza & facing the entrance no greeting or welcome from him , I was waiting at casher register for several minutes then when the next customer entered I saw & heard him greet her ,then asked me what i need I said I would like to order two pizzas please he totally ignored & asked that customer is she carry out or pick up order she told him pick up he left to search for what she was ordered . really I I see at this moment what discrimination & poor service at his store No excusive at all . This used to be an awesome Domino's -- before it closed for renovation and reopened either new management some months ago. It reopened and we had two horrible experiences ordering. We ordered online and an hour after our order was taken out of the oven it had not been delivered. We called and the manager, Will, and complained. He informed me that the previous store had been managed terribly and so it was closed and reopened with new managers and it was being run much better. (I found it incredulous that the irony of this statement was lost on him, since I had told him we loved the previous store. And I'm seeing very negative reviews since it reopened this fall.) The order arrived very late and missing a small item. Wouldn't have been a big deal had thenough service not been abysmal already. Called Will back, and he promised to comp the next identical order to keep us happy. Nice gesture, I thought.

We called 45 minutes before closing one night (he indicated we would need to call to get the comp order rather than order online.) His response, when he found out who I was? "Oh. I thought you would have called much earlier." He basically balked at filling the order, even thought the store was open 45 more minutes! To make matters worse, after I complained about this second bad experience, he agreed to make the order...BUT informed me that while we were talking on the phone, an order came in online and he'd have to fill that order first -- even though I had called before that order appeared!!!! I complained loudly, he placed my order right away. I was thrilled to see it was delivered by one of the drivers who had been there for years, who is friendly and fast.

I give Will credit only for making both bad experiences right; however, we have never ordered from them again because we have no guarantee anymore of efficient service. Judging from other reviews here, I'm seeing there are still major problems with the "new, better" (my...
