Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Alexandria

Ordering from Grubhub for Long John Silvers tonight, 05/31/2022.

I ordered the 2 piece meal with fries checked as both sides. Also ordered was a 1 piece fish and a 1 piece chicken.

The 2 piece meal arrived in it's own container. The request for the side option fries/fries was either ignored or denied as there appeared to me only a single serving was present. The 2 single piece orders were packaged together in one container. While that may have saved a container for them I find it to be totally unacceptable. These were ordered as separate items. The person preparing the order has no idea how the order is going to be used or how many people it's going to serve. Prepare the order just as it was ordered.

The fish, all 3 pieces, was edible. All 3 pieces were dark and had a strong "fishy" taste and smell. I'll stick with Long John Silvers if they continue to serve the light and flaky fish but if it's going to be the dark and "fishy" then I'm going to...

I went to this store with my girlfriend for dinner. The service was outstanding. We ordered a family meal with rice as our side dishes. The cashier informed us that we have to wait for 15 minutes as the kitchen was preparing the rice. She offered a free side dish for us while we were waiting. She even came to check on us twice before serving the rice. This is the best service I ever got in a fast food restaurant. She had done beyond or I should say even better than the service you would get in a restaurant where you have to tip the waiter. After we finished our meal, she came to us and asked if the rice is good and is there anything she can help us with today. I couldn't stop complimenting for the friendliness and her excellent service. I will definitely visit this store again for the next time! Highly...

I went thru the drive thru today and a very nice lady with a big smile greeted me, her name was Linda. Linda went over and beyond what customer service calls for. I had a hard time choosing what I wanted and she was very helpful..telling me the offers available..and when I settled on a chicken plank dinner ,she could tell I was very concerned about my cat sitting next to me..we just came from the vet...and then she told me that I could get a desert and drink for just a lil more..chocolate cures everything, and seeing her cheerful face brightened my horrible day. Also I would like to add that my food was hot, fresh and simply amazing..thank you to Long John Silvers for hiring such a wonderful thoughtful staff and thank you to Linda for making me happy...
