I have taken my computer to PC911 twice and twice they have fixed my problem. My system is working like it is brand new and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is always friendly, smiling and welcoming when I arrive to drop off or pick up. They are always courteous and friendly over the phone. I have never experienced anyone in a rush to get me off the phone while I asked repeated questions.

I cannot recommend this business enough. PC911 is professional, honest, reliable and works quickly (depending on your problem) to resolve whatever issue you may have.

The price is always reasonable. My only complaint is that it isn't closer to home, lol. I hope they open a store in DeRidder!

Brendan and installer came to my home to install tvs and set up my computer following a move. I do not have the knowledge nor strenght to manage and wanted everything running seamlessly so that I can happily point and click. They were able to install Everythjng where I wanted and of course it all works perfectly. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them plus I would call them again for any issue.
