Smoothie King — Restaurant in Alexandria

Great smoothies, but that’s not my issue. I’m a server/bartender, so giving good customer service means something to me. The girl at the window (long red hair, not sure of her name) was very rude. She told me my total and practically snatched the money out of my hand. I then told her I didn’t want my 20 cents change back, to which she ignored me and handed it to me anyways. Then after that she might as well of thrown my drink in my lap by the way she threw it into my hands, I said thank you while the window was being slammed in my face with no word of telling me to have a great day. I am very disappointed with the Alexandria,la location because we placed order at 8:40pm and the young lady Delanie took our order with no problem, but then when we get to the window a minute later she stated that she couldn't complete our order being that it was 8:45pm and they close at 9pm and she had 3 new employees working with her. The associate had a very nasty attitude and I feel as though she did not handle that situation properly at all. I asked for to speak with the manager and she wouldn't give me any information in regards to the information I requested. She stated she was the shift lead...she was very unprofessional. This so sad, because my family and I come to this location several days...

I come to smoothie every week and get the same thing! I usually never have issues with my smoothie and the employees are very nice. Today the customer service was by far the worst! The little girl that took my order was very rude! Didn’t smile and had the look on her face like she hated her job and I was bothering her. After finally getting the smoothie right she slides me the smoothie and just looked! I was in disbelief at how unfriendly she was! She should definitely find another job if she hates...
