Drinks are good but on 10/7/15 while I was there, I have never treated so poorly while I was at any establishment. After ordering, paying for, and waiting for my drink, I was called back to up the register by someone that seemed to be in a supervisor* type of position called me back up to the register. This woman was nowhere near the cashier and I when I was submitting and paying for my order. I paid for my order with my app. When I was called back to the register this woman told me I needed to scan my app again and before I knew it, she told me I still owned her $2, which knowing I had $10 on my card means she just charged me for a second time. I explained to her that I paid already. She started to berate me because the screen on her register was not saying that my transaction was complete. I explained to her that the original cashier said it was and the money was now deducted twice from my app. The woman continued to berate me telling me that I was wrong and still owed money. By this time, the barista, cashier, all of the other customers where around me looking on. She continued on about how I was wrong and I continued to defend myself. When the cashier started to corroborate what I was telling this other woman. At this time, the other woman refunded the second charge of my app and told me, “you can take your drink and go now.”
I felt completely embarrassed and neither my husband nor I will ever be coming back to this location.
*I am assuming this woman was in a supervisor because she seemed be doing inventory and such while I was giving my order to a different person and waiting...

That's probably on the owner/manager, there are never enouge people working in the morning and sometimes 10 customers are waiting for their orders and only 2 or 3 baristas behind counter and they look so stressed! I feel bad they are yring their hardest!
If your business demands fast output and there's a lot of customers, you hire to combat the volume of customers, otherwise customers will leave because they're late for work just for trying to stop and get a coffee real quick.
Again. I see hard workers that are being set up for failure, I almost always see them get yelled at by people for taking too long or making a small mistake, it isis n fair if there aren't enough employees for the customer load. Hire someone else and take care of your...
