I used to be a journeyleader for N+C, and while I understand each kitchen runs differently, this place is a tire fire. I and one other can handle three tour buses full of college sports teams but this one has twice that manpower with just 4 orders on screen, which is a breeze. The MoD was clearly struggling and needed a line cook help him change the Freestyle machine, with two of the workers wandering around in a daze with the other cook worth paying rocking the sautée line like a pro. Saute line and the other cook helping the MoD are the real soldiers because everyone else seems absolutely confused as to what their actual job should be.

Read moreAgainst my better judgments after the "Police Incident", we were out running errands in Alexandria and it was convenient to go there-so we went to get a quick soup and salad. Attitude first thing at the register; not like the Springfield location where they are very friendly. We ordered our favorite tomato bisque soup and a salad. A nice girl bought the order to us, but we noticed right away that the soup was very dark red-not like the orange color of what we get all the time at the Springfield location. After tasting it-very thick and very spicey- I am sure they were passing off their spaghetti sauce for soup. We choked it down and left as we were too afraid to complain after what we had heard about the place. It was not very clean-table was sticky. Not a good...
