Wendy's — Restaurant in Alexandria

The big girl Kelsey. With blonde hair. Needs to be fired. She's an embarrassment to the establishment. Literally. Only know her name because the manager an her were arguing in the middle of the place because Kelsey wanted to be lazy an not work. She just looks an acts nasty. Mind you when I first met Kelsey she made me pull up to wait on my food in the drive thru. an when she went to hand me my food she started vaping before she gave it to me. Gross. Like who does that? Ghetto an nasty. I literally don't really come here anymore because she's always working. An I know when I see her there's either going to be something wrong with my food or just my experience being there. I wouldn't have someone that trashy working at my establishment. Especially one that's a main restaurant in alexandria. This place will go down hill...

I go to this Wendy's quite often, usually through the drive thru. I enjoy seeing the older lady who works the drive thru most days. This particular day, I had my father with me and we decided to go inside. I ordered the cheddar bacon burger. First thing I noticed, it wasn't a thing like the picture, but are they ever? I just laughed and told my father, look at this. I commented, well I won't get this again, should have just gotten a regular single. My father had a single. He said later, that it wasn't as good as he had remembered. Neither hamburger was hot. Mine was barely warm. Thinking that we were going early, 11:00 am, we would at least have a fresh hot burger. The elderly people who work here are the sweetest!!! The Burnett one that typically works the pay window is such a sweetheart, and gives excellent custom service if I could give her 12/10 stars alone I would. Only giving four stars this time for the change in menu and some tall lady in management with a boy cut being extremely rude with a major RBF which doesn't make the company look good coming from your own management team.

But for those who didn't know wendy's has new fries and they are absolutely gross. If it helps they are a mixture between the old fries as far as looks go but taste like burger king fries which are yuck! Let's all petition lol bring back the old...
