I would give it a zero if there was the option. My aunt resides in Los Ángeles and for an event she had provided for the guests what is called the “biónico” fruit salad with all the works. My mother was very impressed that she actually ordered one for my sisters birthday which is tomorrow. My mother lives in San Diego county little did she realized that what she ordered wasn’t what she got. She ordered a small plate of the “biónico” and ended up with a regular fruit salad. She was confident in the staff that they would double check the orders but they didn’t. We called to let them know the order was incorrect and offered to give a credit of $2 dollars. Horrible customer service. I do understand that there should have been a double check on my moms end but as a customer you are expecting that your order is correct and what is so inconvenient is that my mother lives in San Diego. Never will we ever recommend this...

This place is an amazing find! They have the most ACTUAL fruits (and/or vegetables) in their smoothies & juices than any place I've ever tried, especially compared to Jamba Juice or Robeks whom put more ice than anything... It's a tiny little produce store between a tobacco shop and liquor store, hard to find and hard to park at times. But it's WAY worth your effort to get in and try it!... They have fresh produce as well, if you're rather just take the raw fruits and veggies home yourself. Lots of choices on their menu and you can also customize. Including special occasion fruit trays!

Quality - 5/5 REAL fresh produce & juice.

Decor - 3.5/5 Small simple place, but they TRY, with what they've got.

Service - 4.5/5 They might not speak perfect English, but you can still talk with them, and they're nice.

Price - 5/5 Compared to others places, for the size you get, and how real it is;...

Came in craving some strawberries with cream it was my first time here. I walked in and the two ladies were at the front. One of the ladies said what can I get you, didn't even greet or anything. I began to tell her I wanted to order some strawberries and she said what size so I asked her what sizes do you have because it was my first time here and while giving me her back she pointed to the wall and said the sizes are right there. Terrible service! I told her you know what never mind with that attitude I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Terrible service, apparently it's a thing because a customer ordering even agreed they are rude. I wanted to support a small business but with that first impression I won't be back, instead of drove a couple miles down to La Michoacana. Please do better for the next...
