Went for acupuncture treatment on a Tuesday. The interns were both cordial and professional, however, the doctor in charge that day was rude and incompetent. He spoke about my treatment in Chinese to the interns while I sat there with no idea what was going on. Then he proceeded to insert a needle in the lower back of my knee which sent a shock to my toe. He tells me not to eat spicy food then leaves without any explanation of what type of treatment I would receive, but the interns performed as he requested. The next day, after sitting for an extended time I had difficulty walking. This happened throughout the day so I returned to complain. The secretary wouldn't provide the doctor's name, telling me he no longer works there. I don't know whether this is true. Another doctor told me he would fix the problem but I've lost all confidence in a place that doesn't perform due diligence when hiring a doctor.
