SCAM ALERT This company American Service Alliance is a scam company. Their business model is not to repair but to collect on the $99 diagnostic visit fee. It is best to only call repair shops that have a physical address that you can visit, not a referral company like this one. Here is what happened to me:

I have a 20 year old Maytag Neptune gas dryer. After waiting for 3 hours a technician named Kevin - or so he said, arrived. He spent 5 minutes poking around the dryer then he said the igniter needed replacement and it would cost $395.00. I was flabbergasted. A new dryer at Home Depot is only about $600. I paid him $100 for the diagnosis because I agreed to it over the phone, and walked him out the door and told him I’d write a bad review on Google. He didn’t seem to care.

Never call this company. They’re not interested in repairing your appliances. They just want to spend 5 minutes and collect $99, or in my case $100. I would give it a negative rating if I could. Stay away from...

I justed called talked to a girl name Lily, I asked her about my dryer and to give me a ballpark idea what it would cost to fix so she said you can to make appointment or talk to a technician about it and I said ok can you have him or her call me we are very busy right now so said it took much to answer a few questions I said nevermind and she hung up on me so I called back to let her know that she was very unprofessional and that she is losing customers do to her lack of customer service this company will fold because of...
