I LOVE going here across the street after having some famous Hainan Chicken from Savoy Kitchen. For any traditional Chinese dessert lover, Phoenix offers a variety of drinks, cold/hot soups, pastries, and food. Their teas are refreshing and many of the flavors are great. I always pick up extra bottles for the road. It was my first time trying the Peach Gelatin Wild Snow Fungus Lotus Seed and it was very yummy. I love durian so I tried the Kaya Rolls. They were very rushed with our order and didn't really like being asked questions, even though we were confused because they repeated a wrong but similar dessert name during ordering to-go. And ofc they gave us a completely different dessert that wasn't even related to our order. It was very annoying. Besides bad customer service, the desserts really didn't taste that well either. They certainly don't pass my standards for Cantonese desserts. Will not ever go back to this...

All time favorite dessert item here: Coconut Tapioca with Mango and Sago! Soooo good! Simple but amazing. Friendly staff! They've got coolers full of cool bottled teas.
