For any traditional Chinese dessert lover, Phoenix offers a variety of drinks, cold/hot soups, pastries, and food. Their teas are refreshing and many of the flavors are great. And ofc they gave us a completely different dessert that wasn't even related to our order. It was very annoying. Besides bad customer service, the desserts really didn't taste that well either.
