I Came in with my Asian friend last week. By the time I got on the 10 freeway which is like less then 5 minutes away. I opened up my box while my friend was driving, and I started eating it as I realized that thing was super crunchy and very kind of dry. So I decided to call immediately to the store in Alhambra I asked for the manager, and politely she responded that her name was Ali.
I’ve given step-by-step what occurred and how the chicken was so I told her right away that I’m gonna turn around and get back for a replacement and she can have the box back with the chicken canyon combo.
When I entered the store within 10-15 minutes, I asked for Ali at the counter, and the girl in the front said Ali hasn’t worked here for about a year so I said who’s the general manager now she replied and told me that it was Rebecca in other words when she picked up the phone which was 15 minutes ago, she was using somebody else’s identity because she didn’t want to have a problem with complaint And all of a sudden she becomes Rebecca, which is the store manager the main one so anyway, as I started telling her what happened. She wasn’t very pleased about it. I showed her the receipt that it was paid for and it was picked up within 15 minutes. I told Rebecca what have happened…
When I arrived, I gave her my box and I told her my friend is kind of picky and he wanted to get a fresh chicken, which my friend was sitting in the car while I was conducting conversation with her.
Out of nowhere, her filthy mouth told me that BLACK and ASIAN customers complain for any little thing, and expect FREE FOOD.
I wonder what she’s smoking?
I could not believe what I heard…
Shame on you Rebecca!!! Really, I mean shame on you. I walked out of there, left the box in her face. I'll never be back again to the same location. It's horrible to have this attitude racist Female manager that picks and choose...
Read moreRaising Canes is a fast food chain that's famous for its crinkle cut fries, fried chicken, and buttery Texas toast. I was first introduced to Raising Canes during my university days in Irvine and I still remember the pieces of chicken being a lot bigger than what they are now. But, the deliciousness has remained unchanged.
When I'm feeling guilty and want a quick fix, I always turn to Raising Canes. The menu is simple and straightforward, with just a few options to choose from. The star of the show is definitely the chicken finger combo, which comes with crinkle cut fries and a piece of Texas toast.
The chicken fingers are crispy and well-seasoned, with just the right balance of savory and salty flavors. The crinkle cut fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the Texas toast? Well, let's just say that it's the epitome of comfort food. It's thick, buttery, and...
Read more!! Detailed review: To start, TRUCK owners, there is a 9 foot clearance for the drive-thru! That said, there is a TON of staff at this location! Armed guard on site for safety! For parking, there is ample parking on the rear of the location, on the side and front of Raising Canes, as well as on Valley Blvd curbside. The drive-thru is L o n g! 2 lane that can easily handle 100+ cars. The hours of the location go up until 3:30am on some days! Great for late night cravings. This location is much more accommodating than the new Monterey Park location. The restroom smells like cinnamon which is delightful. As for the food—everything was fantastic! My only grip was that the Cane Sauce portions could be slightly more generous. That said, will certainly be visiting more regularly for the upcoming future. Thank you for your time in reading...
