This place needs a make over. There are some decent shops and eateries, but there's no entertainment. What's sad is too many of these predominantly asian towns are removing familiar stores and restaurants and replacing them all with asian businesses that seem to have no interest in attracting people who don't speak their language. There are two seafood restaurants right next door to each other that were stuffed with asians. Nothing on the windows or signage that was familiar to me. Read moreWhat’s not to love here. Costco + Starbucks + Home Depot + In n Out. Costco gas is easy an efficient to get in and out. The Costco parking is bar none the best as standard practice. Yes it gets full but when does it not. It’s the fact the parking spaces are actually spacious. This is such a huge factor.
