I was at the market today with my 3 years old son. My shopping experience was really hectic because it was overcrowded and people were causing a lot of traffic in every aisle. I have to make all these turn and back up just to go around them. When I was at the meat department, people were cutting in front of me even when I took a number and I was waiting and customers were causing a dramatic scene to say they are first in line. I waited patiently and then I just told them what I want.
I was so disappointed and so upset when I was waiting at the cashier line and the cashier lady by name of "SUSAN" was so rude. She's crazy and mind full of bad intention. "Evil" is what I want to say about her.. When my son took one the decorated candy that has a monkey toy displayed on top of it, Susan demanded and said that she need me to put it back. I told her if she could wait until she finished ringing up and I pay for everything, that I will give it back to her. I explained that they toy will keep my son distracted. But instead, she demanded to have it back right away. She need to know that I was letting her know in advance about the toy. She didn't pay attention that my son grabbed one the candy toy. If I have the intention to steal the candy toy I wouldn't went ahead to let her know that my son had the toy. I put it back the way it was and my son started crying and then he tried to reached for the toy, which means he was trying to climb out of the cart. The lady gave me the impression as if she didn't care about my child safety. By then I was so frustrated that I almost caused my son to fall and then putting the blame on the cashier lady Susan because she wasn't listening when I told her that I'm not going to walk out with toy. I will give it back once the transaction is done. As I was steering away from the cashier walking towards the exit door, I turned around and then I heard her talking about me and my child. she was gossiping about me and my child to another customer right in front of me. My heart was raising and I wanted to file a complaint about the cashier lady Susan. I would not tolerate this kind of behavior and anyone who's talking about my son. She said to the customer that if I can't handle the child then I shouldn't bring him along. Who is she to say anything. The fact that she talk behind my back was wrong already and she almost caused my son to fall off from the cart because of a stupid toy she demanded to have it back right away. I told the security and the assistant manager regards to this incident. They apologized for any inconvenience. I demand to speak to the store manager because she definitely need a "write-up". They told me that the manager is not in and he will be in tomorrow. I hope she learns a lesson because being in the customer service field, if she can't handle people and she's not good with people skill and customer service, then she shouldn't even be working as a cashier. Read moreThis is a review on their customer service. I really wanted to like this store. They have some nice products at decent prices. Since the store is located next to my gym, I figured I can drop by for a quick purchase. I went in 10 mins before the store was to close, hoping to pick up two items really quickly. The door didn't open when I walked up. I thought it was weird that it didn't open so I knocked on the door where the security guard was standing. I asked if the store was closed and all he did was smile and waved at me. I walked out and called the store because I really wanted to pick up my items. The woman on the phone told me they were in fact still open and that I needed to try walking back and forth for the door to open. I went up to the door and the door still hadn't opened. She looked at me from inside as I tried walking back and forth. The door finally opened when customers inside walked out. The lady on the phone was rude and condescending saying it was my fault and barked at me that I hadn't walk further back enough for the door to open. I asked them why they didn't bother to help me open the door by walking to the sensor. I got into a shouting match with the security guard over such a petty ordeal. I'm sure they have customers come in perpetually late but I just wanted to pick up two items and be out before they close. I didn't expect their behaviours to be so rude and condescending. To have two people who work there just stand there and tell me that it was my fault that their door sensors weren't working was beyond patronizing. No idea what happened for their job, but I just wanna get my stuffs, the security guy didn’t want to help the cashier then the drama start happened. The security guy start blaming me, I was like: excuse me? The security guy insult and blame me by speaking mandarin and talk back like I am the one who did the wrong thing. If you don’t want to do your job, quit it, it is your responsibility to give me the product when I showed you the receipt. After I put my stuff in my car and wanted to come back to talk to the manager about this issues. This crazy security guy had issues with other customers. OMG, this security guy did the same thing to them. But this family is not as nice as me and talked back and asked him why he gave them attitude and told him he was rude and not respected them.
