As a barista myself I understand that sometimes there are things that happen behind the scenes that customers don’t know about that can interfere with the experience of both baristas and customers but on almost every visit I have had a less than pleasant experience. I will tend to mobile order as it is just easier for me and every time I go in there the baristas seem to always have an attitude. I get a custom iced tea with the raspberry popping pearls and every time I order it they put the sippy lid rather than the nitro lid to fit the boba straw. This last interaction I had the same issue happened and when I brought it to the attention of the barista he went back and forth with me about how there was already pearls in the drink, as if I was trying to tell him there weren’t any pearls when I was really just trying to ask for the correct lid. Then when he finally gave me the right lid he still haven’t given me a straw and at this point Im over this interaction because I could tell he felt annoyed with me and won’t even make eye contact with me anymore, I ask for the straw regardless and then he tells me they ran out. You couldn’t have given me a heads up beforehand? Or maybe actually look at me and treat me like an equal human being? I’m so tired of coming to this store and being treated like I’m not even there. Read moreI go to this Starbucks on Atlantic and valley everyday! Usually everyone is nice there but lately every-time I have an interaction with this one guy he is super rude to me every single time I have no idea why but his attitude is so horrible !!!! I go here before work no matter what shift I am working and honestly this guy puts me in a crappy mood every-time because of how he acts !!!!!! He is a big guy not to be rude but very heavy set with a beard and his hair pulled up in a little pony tail I cannot get over how or why you would have him interacting with customers !! Truth be told I like Starbucks but there is a lot of other coffee spots out there !!!! Honestly ,I feel like why am I giving my money to Starbucks and having my mood ruined it’s not like Starbucks is cheap either going there everyday adds up and honestly I would rather take my money to another franchise where they have good attitudes towards people. Starbucks needs to get on the ball and not have miserable people working with customers. I don’t go there to be ticked off my coffee is one thing that I love ! Read moreVery dissatisfied with my Starbucks experience this morning. Came through the Drive Thru this morning, waiting to be taken care of. Well.. kept waiting, and after 5 min decided to just pull forward, assuming something was wrong with the speaker. Once arriving at the window, the cashier lady asked me if I had placed my order? When I told her I didn't know whether the speaker was working or not, due to the lengthy wait, she just simply rolled her eyes, and asked "What can I get you?" Poor customer service!! Then, to top it all off, she didn't get my order right, and when she gave me my food and beverage, she just handed it to me without even putting it in a bag!
