This is the 3rd time we've visited Taqueria Jalisco since their grand opening and there has been HUMAN hair or other objects in our food.
The first time during the grand opening, my wife found human hair in her Moieja plate.
The second time, we decided to go through the drive through to see if we could have better luck, but again the flour Tortillas were so saturated with grease that you could have squeezed the grease out of them and the Moiejas were raw and elastic instead of well done.
The 3rd time which was today, and the final time we'll ever dine at Taqueria Jalisco I found a Staple, yes an STAPLE, in my Enchilada plate after I had eaten the more than 3/4 of the plate.
My wife made it clear to the waitress of it and told her why should we pay for the plate when it was unsanitary and the kitchen should be aware that this is food that we're depending to be clean and this is the second time we have found hair and now a Staple in our food. They have never apologized or offered to refund our money.
This is the final time we will time we'll dine at Taqueria Jalisco. Sorry, but the Empathy of the place does not make the Quality and Cleaness...
Read moreWe decided to go here for lunch as we have driven by it numerous times and see that it's always packed. We are very glad we did!
There is parking on both sides of the restaurant along with a drive thru for to go orders.
The food was amazing and very flavorful. We had the mini tacos with beef and chicken fajita and the #5 pompano chicken breast. The tortillas that come with them seem to be house made and are fresh and soft. The meat in the mini tacos was not overcooked and had a lot of flavor to them. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get.
We had a margarita and it was very good as well. It didn't seem to be watered down like most places do.
Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and very attentive.
The only thing we didn't like was being charged for a to go box. That seemed to be a bit excessive.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. A gem of a...
Read moreNewly rebuilt BUT NOT worth it in any way. To sit us we waited 5 minutes by the door & more patrons came in and crowded around making it uncomfortable for us while waiters are passing right im front with plates of food. Once sat the Mariachi music was too loud we had to ask the waitress to repeat everything she said & having a decent conversation was impossible. Once the food arrived it was COLD & obviously warmed up in a microwave previously. I was better off making my own homemade Mexican dishes at home for less $. & I can't forget WHILE we were eating we were brought "our" ticket...it was NOT our ticket & the waitress brought us someone else's debit card! The staff seemed beyond confused as we were brought things OTHER...
