Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Aliquippa

If someone places an order for delivery, agrees to pay the delivery fees, and even adds a tip for the driver, it’s not unreasonable to expect that the food will actually be delivered, right?

Apparently, that’s too much to ask from this establishment—especially after dark. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this nonsense. More than once now, the app has marked my order as “delivered,” yet I’ve ended up having to go pick it up myself.

On the night of May 15, 2025, I placed an order that was never delivered, even though the app claimed otherwise. I called the restaurant multiple times over the course of 20 minutes, only to be lied to by the girl working there (an Indian woman, for identification purposes). She insisted the driver was on the way, said the app was glitching, and that my order was delayed—but all of it was a lie.

I finally drove to the restaurant myself, only to find my pizza sitting on top of the oven, untouched. So much for “on the way.” The staff didn’t even try to hide it—they clearly knew my address the moment I walked in and immediately tried to hand me a free soda as some kind of weak apology.

They never intended to deliver my food, yet they still charged me delivery fees and took my tip. They will never get another...

I have to be honest about this place as a frequent customer that order's only online. I have been odering here nearly daily while on my breaks, at the very least weekly. I usually get the deal for the large $10 that usually totals to $11.80. Which this deal is false advertising. "ANY topping, ANY PIZZA". But there's restrictions on what pizza you can get and what size. God forbud you want a XL. The New York Pizza is VERY disapointing. I recently have seen a fly in the pizza joint. It landed on the front counter before flying away when the employee brought over my pizza to pay. Then the deals make absolutely no sense sometimes. For example, a newer deal "get 1-2 liter pop for $2.99!". But then they have another current deal that is also $2.99, but it's for a 2-20oz drink. A lot of these deals are a scam.
