Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aliquippa

I wanna start with I LOVE LOVE LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS! it is my all time favorite place to get donuts. Whenever I think of them, I think of family. Good memories. Comfort. But NOT THIS LOCATION. I am totally upset with how I've been treated at this visit and with the lady who contacted me with my problem. And I'm disgusted with what I witnessed while at that location. About two months ago, I went in order a drink, bagel with cream cheese and a couple donuts. They made my drink and handed to me along with the donuts. While I sipped my drink I stood waiting for my food. Which, reminder it is just a bagel and cream cheese. I waited for about 5 minutes or so just staring at these people messing around, drinking pop, going back to the cook and watching most of the employees eating while making food for customers. I was appalled! Like, you're really making food and eating food at the same time? I then had enough and asked where my bagel was.. apparently it was sitting there tucked in the corner. I grabbed it and left, so upset that it had been sitting there and my name nor order # was called. I mean I was standing right there, I never saw them put the bagel there nor did anyone say, "can I help you ma'am?" My drink was so bad, not satisfied at all. My bagel was cold and had like 4-5 tablespoons of cream cheese on top. (And believe me I LOVE cream cheese, but there was enough cream cheese for an extra bagel maybe a little more). And the donuts were starting to be stale. How can you have old donuts sitting out like that whenever you are a donut place? I would have stayed and asked for a manager, but 1.) Either the manager wasn't working or 2.) The manager is just as bad as the employees. I mean how can a whole group of employees act like that if the manager is there? So I instead called corporate whenever is was convenient for me and reached out explain my situation. The lady was so nice she said someone from that store would contact me. They did. She was nice seemed like she was going to resolve my issue, but not so far. We have been playing email tag and I keep having to re-email her to remind her that like I'm still here waiting for this to be resolved. I emailed her June 21 haven't heard back and re-emailed her today wanting a full refund of my order. I don't want coupons. this...

So hard to come to this location, but is the only one in town the manager here treat me with discrimination against maybe being gay or Latin I don’t know why but it’s been going on for months in the district or the owners do not take action on it other choice then putting a lawsuit but I promise I will get this settle in court. I had it here with a group of retired military, seniors over the age of 75 and I always ask for a order of hashbrowns double toasted sometimes I do eat sometimes I do tan sometimes I do three it don’t matter how many I order will make me wait between 15 to 25 minutes also, she was giggling and laughing because she’s married to a Latin person. I don’t think it’s funny when it comes to being disrespectful her and she has a manager should not be in this community mistreating people. I am disabled got PTSD and this so hard to have to go here every morning and get mistreated stream I hope someone can hear me because I promise that I am bringing this to the attention of the Beaver county Clerk office because it’s too much getting mistreated I also got it on my dash cam. It’s so hard to have a person laughing at you just because she’s married to a lion person is not funny at all and also she tried to steal money from me and giving me a refund for the hash brown, a receipt in front of her and not want to give me a refund for the whole order it’s sad my old lease cannot have Dunkin’ Donuts this morning because her...

The redesign of the restaurant is simply dreadful. They are using hostile interior design to make people want to spend less time inside. The old layout used to be cozy with warm lights. Now it’s lit up like a makeup store with bright led lights and only uncomfortable tables and high tops. No booths or chairs. The counter design is also weird and made more for mobile orders and the one employee has a serious staring problem. Idk why, maybe it’s because I tried to sit in there and do work. Everyone seemed interested in my existence. Is it not normal for people to sit inside now. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to be inside at all. Also the employees were mostly all nice but busy with mobile orders which is understandable for early in the morning but I will not be going back h less it’s to talk to them in person about my weird experience last time I was I unfortunate enough to visit that location. Also I asked for a Croissant and got a biscuit instead. Sandwich was alright but didn’t trust eating it after the employee who kept watching me the entire time made it. Idk I’m weird maybe it’s just me. Don’t yall know it’s impolite to stare? It wasn’t a couple short glances it was like he had a license to stare.
