This was a joke. Ordered online for pick up, stated it would be read by 6:06pm, arrived at like 6:15pm to a entry way full of people that were not happy. I watched, who I assume was the manager, run around screaming, slamming stuff and throwing a grown woman temper tantrum instead of just working.. when the computer up front froze she proceeded to come up and slam a pizza screen into it (because that'll get a few thousand dollar machine to work properly, ya know?). I felt bad for the young girl working up front and trying to get orders ready, she was on the verge of tears. When I asked about my order just to see if I needed to come back, the other girl in the back yelled up that it wasn't even started, to which the young girl corrected her and told her that she was wrong, it had been in fact sitting in the warming oven the entire 20 minutes I was waiting out front that no one asked me about my order. Got home to realize the original pan pizza I ordered was in fact not that and had so much crust it was ridiculous (pictured). Told the young girl on my way out to get a new job ASAP and that place wasn't worth her energy for how it's run.
Do yourself the favor and do not order from here until they're under new management or something.. or just don't, ever.
I also contacted corporate about this, but go figure no answer and this was a week ago.
Edit: Pizza Hut never contacted me about this issue still 3 months later, so I will no longer be giving my business to them...

At 12:50, I pescheduled delivery on the app for 5:45p.m. I received a text about 1:22 from DoorDash saying they werere on the way. I called the store to clarify and said that my order shouldn't be being delivered until 5:45. She said it already left so I can't change that. I said then thats a misunderstanding on your part and I'm not paying for that because I specifically ordered it for 5:45. Her response, "well, Sweetie, you already did." And hung up on me. I called back and she didn't answer. I was passing by so stopped by the store to show them my confirmation email that boldly said 5:45. "Well I had no indication of that. Was told I'd have to get breadsticks w/ch, ok fine, had a 50% off my total order coupon, was told it wasn't accepted at this location, ok fine. When I picked up my order, to which was perfectly on time!!- I opened the box to check, nope, breadsticks w/ red sauce...
