Had to wait 10 minutes to put an order in even when the place was empty. Then continued to wait another ten minutes to hear someone in the back say we're starting the dine in order now. Normally I wouldn't be too angry but I was with my wife and kid so the immense wait was unrealistic especially for an empty restaurant, and since it happened a few times before I was already mad. When I heard them say they start the order I flagged them down to tell them they can just cancel it and give a refund. The kid from the back decided to come out and give me attitude for asking for a refund for food that wasn't even made yet. I fired back, I shouldn't have but I was very frustrated. The general manager came out tried to shut the kid up and issued me a refund. I think she understands her restaurant has an issue with dine in and register. It seems it isn't priority to care for dine in customers, and thats ok to do that, but to completely neglect dining room customers is outrageous. I work in food service, so I understand that it's hard to find and keep good staff, much less not be under staffed. So many people have lost their patience. Put them in your places and see what they think after a shift. We all just need to appreciate one another more. Update: I ordered several times online. This location has always forgotten my extra sauces, which no big deal. Tonight I got the extra sauce but the fries and cheese sauce were not there. When I give almost an hour for a pick up online order and spend over $30 I just have to be sure to check my order, or have my son check it. before he leaves. Just don't like spending $ for something i don't get and I'm not going to come back out to argue with staff if they think I may be trying to get free stuff (which I am sure happens). Read moreThis location opened roughly a month it's already filthy. I went for lunch at 10:45am on Saturday. The dining room was a mess-tables not cleaned, the soda station had wrappers and garbage all over it-with an opened bag of straws that an employee lazily threw on top of the lid caddy. The floor had food debris. When the young man went to get a tray for my food he noticed it was on top of the stack and hadn't been cleaned. He smirked and said well I'm sure one of them is clean and took one from the middle; leaving the dirty one to sit.
The rest of my visits have been through the drive thru. One of my orders was missing 3 items. I called and a manager named Jim took my information and told me he was going to mail me a voucher for the missing items-still waiting on that a month later...
Generally I drive 20 minutes out of the way to the Tarentum location to avoid this joke of a store. They should be ashamed of the state of things: employee behavior, store cleanliness...
