I broke my phone after a month, my failt. I called to see what the cheapest smart phone they had on stock. The lady was trying to up sale me even after I told her twice I want a cheap phone to replace my month old phone. I got tired of her trying to up sale me L hung up. I stoped a few hours later and the sales lady was rude. I turned around and left and she was still being rude as I walked out the door. If you need a cricket store go to New Kensington by staples. I just left the store, I should have known better to go there. I have had cricket phones for over 10 years, the manger told me the cheapest phone they had is $225.00. The New Ken store has smart phones for $89.00. The manger has no ideal how to sale. She is pushes more expensive phones when the have cheaper ones. When she is told I do not want the phone you are pushing she gets rude and says the only phone they have is the $225 one. Like I said in my earlier review go to a different store so you do not get ripped off. Or at least call and ask what the prices are before hand and shop around. I have been with cricket for quite a long time, although I do have a problem with one of the daytime clerks! She is very rude and never smiles. I try very hard to smile and be happy around her. I have not been at the store in months because of her attitude and ignorance, I feel bad saying this but I worked with the public and we all deserve a kind smile and someone so willing to help you so I have been going to the cricket store down by Long John Silver’s. Cricket is a communist corporation, their service was terrible! Literally was there with phone issues 3 times a week! Updated to new phones 3 times in a year under their advice! Still nothing but problems! Their manager finally told me switch to another provider, she then told me and my wife she switched herself, other staff there told us they switched themselves! They take payment before it's due, you can't pay your bill in the store anymore without showing your I.D. which is illegal, violating the 4th Amendment U.S. Constitution!
