Subway — Restaurant in Allegheny Township

I recently made a purchase of three subs on the Subway App. I picked my food up from the store and returned home to eat. My wife opened her sandwich and none of the toppings were correct. At this time neither of us thought much about it until I opened my sandwich. I ordered a turkey sub. All I received was bread and vegetables. They didn’t put any of the condiments or meat on it. This after I paid extra for bacon on the sub as well. I called into the store which was met with an apologetic employee. The employee told me that I could come in to get another sandwich for free. I explained that I did not live close and was also trying to limit the amount of time spent out in public. The employee said she would post a note with my name, phone and order for the manager so that the next time I came in I would receive a free sub. Today I called in and the manager refused to give me a free sub. The manager said I had no proof and a letter was never left for her by the employee. I provided the date and time of purchase as I still had the receipt in my email. The manager said she would be unable to look up who had worked that day. To say the least, I will never be back to this...

I had 'fasting' blood work done this am at Quest, a few doors down from Subway. Meaning I hadn't eaten since dinner the night before. When I came out I looked online to see who was open so I could get some food real fast. Online indicated that Subway open at 8:30 a.m. so I walked from Quest over to the subway at 8:45. Two people were in there, but the door was locked, I knocked. I looked at the door again because it definitely said they open at 8:30. So I knocked again, (because I needed something to eat fast, and I had an appointment to get to at 9:00 a.m. that was 8 minutes away, so I kind of couldn't stay). The girls looked at me, so I knocked again. They then sort of tippy toed backward into the kitchen to hide.

It would have been nice for them to come to the door and tell me they were not open yet, instead of me thinking they were just behind schedule for some reason. Something, anything, instead of the childish way they just backed into the back of the building. Luckily, I didn't pass out while...

This is the worst Subway ever. We stopped last week and I ordered a cold cut combo and was told that they didn't have meat. I was appalled and just left. Tonight I went and ordered a cold cut combo again and I was told that they didn't have American cheese. What kind of sub shop doesn't have meat and cheese?!?!? I should have left again but it was after 7pm and I was starving. I saw the sign that said their toaster was broken, and I asked if they can still make a hot sub and just not toast the bread and she said yes so I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and when she asked what vegetables I wanted I asked if she was going to heat it and she said that she couldn't because the toaster was broken. Every time I stop here it and seems like one girl is doing all of the work and the other girl is trying to look busy in the back. I'm never going to this...
