Wendy's — Restaurant in Allegheny Township

I like going to Wendy's from time to time. I like the baked potatoes with the chives. However my last visit the employee at the drive through was very very rude. I order my food special and I know that upsets people sometimes. I always order my burgers with only lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and pickle. No cheese ! I also order fries with no salt. I don't like salt ! They always end up not making my order correctly . So when I get home, which is 15 minutes away from the closest Wendy's, and its not right I am upset. Cause I'm not driving all the way back. So anyway the last time I went through the drive thru I get up to the window and double check to make sure that my order was put in the way I wanted. And the same rude employee said yes it was that he put it in correctly. Guess what ? When I got home my order was wrong ! And the baked potato had nothing with it but the chives. No butter, sour.cream and the fries had salt. So I wont be going back to this...

I went through the drive thru on March 9. Although it was pouring rain and this unit doesn't have covers over the drive thru. I placed my order and said I have a coupon I was told to come to the window,given my total,she did not ask for my coupon and completed the sale when I questioned the total the girl was very confused,called another person over,said I couldn't use my coupon, a manager came over very rude yelled at me and the girl at which time I said I didn't need an attitude, to cancel my order and the little girl handed me cash back,said have a great day and shut the window. I was shocked as I never had that experience at any Wendy's. Do you need staff. My sister eats at this store and had told me she was given attitude a few nights earlier. I thought it was just her but...

I went to Wendy's today during my lunch time 12/07/20 around 12:00 PM, my receipt #3086 (I am currently working from home) to buy for my family. I was going to stop at McDonalds but the lines were long and we like the Wendy's food better. but when I stopped and when to the drive through I had to wait at least 10 mins. I know it was ten mins. because I had to get back for my job. I waited in the car for a bit, a man even went in got his food came back out and said ohhhh you are still waiting. I finally got out of my car and went in trying to get someone's attention that I was waiting outside and still didn't get my food. After getting someone they finally gave me my 4 sandwiches and I had to ask again for the fries. Very disappointed it usually isn't...
