Arby's — Restaurant in Allen Park

Our family are die-hard Arby's fans. After an Arby's restaurant that used to have our loyalty "dropped the ball" time and again on food quality and service, we decided to try this place based on the reviews we saw and the proximity to our travel area (on 5/18/22, about 9:45pm). We were NOT disappointed! After this experience, I learned what a PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY Arby's was all about. From the time we walked in the door we were treated in a professional, courteous manner by staff. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The food was top-notch, made "spot-on" to our request, and totally EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!!

We now have a new 5-Star Arby's that has become our "go-to" going forward for a quality Arby's food experience! Kudos for the staff helping with a mobile app problem and helping me with the special offer. Service was friendly, helpful, and fast. My order was correct and included napkins and the sauces I requested without having to remind them or repeat myself multiple time. The counter was clean and not ignored as at so many other restaurants. The food was fresh, made to order, carefully prepared so as not to be a sloppy mess, and hot. The dining area was clean and comfortable. An employee was actively cleaning and sanitizing and most importantly respectful of my dining so as not to intrude or potentially contaminate my food with spray from the cleaning bottle. Stopped @ drivethru last night on my way home from work, since i absolutely love the staff there - young lady is ALWAYS very peppy and sounds like she wants to be there, which these days means alot (even if she's faking, she deserves the oscar)! HOWEVER, i ordered the french dip/swiss combo as usual, and when i get home - there's no way changes haven't made to 'skimp' on portions ($9+/meal). No only was there 3x more bun than meat(at least), but the au jus cup may have had a few tablespoons in it, and i checked - none spilled in the bag - there wasn't enuf au jus for even a few bites (see photo, wish i'd have opened the sandwich to let you see). Not sure I'll stop again since the food seems to be getting worse, still LOVE the personalities though! FYI, also took the survey on my receipt...
