Placed a door dash for a hummus veggie wrap and a peanut butter banana flatbread. They put the hummus veggie wrap sticker on the peanut butter banana flatbread and with there being the only one thing in there, we placed another door dash for a peanut butter banana flatbread before opening it. Once we opened it and saw that the sticker was on the wrong item, we called to let them know they put the sticker on the wrong thing so we needed a hummus veggie instead. A young lady answered the phone and once we explained everything, she got a really bad attitude with us. Completely unprofessional. She told us she wasn’t gonna give us what we needed after they completely botched the order. I refunded through door dash for the wrong item and the new order placed because her attitude was completely unacceptable. I used to work at the trop in Taylor a few years back and I thought that one was bad. This one has them beat. Absolutely...

Order a Chia Banana boost, the bananas were rotten & the taste was horrible. By the taste they had to be Shriveled & moldy when they put them in their serving dish to be put into our smoothies. So I called to complain & let them know they should not serve any more of those bananas to anyone. The Team lead apologized and said that I could have a replacement. Went to receive replacement & this Chia Banana boost had no bananas at all & tasted like watery peanut butter. I was livid & I know that smoothie had to have been made in spite bc it was a redo. This time I guess they said u want to complain about the bananas we’ll give you no bananas. There was never any bad conversation with any of the servers or the team lead. Nope I didn’t want another replacement or want anything else to do with this location. Keep the 7.50 I initially paid for it, and I will never visit this...

Has coupon for 1.99 amoothie with wrap purchase...purchased wrap and they want to charge me combo price which is more money than the sandwich and my 1.99 smoothie ??? I questioned them about it and the girl said that is how they ring it up on the register..I said no ring me up for just a sandwich and my drink...she then proceeds to tell me the sandwuch price is not correct on their menu and that the price has gone up over the summer for many of their items but they did not change all the menus..dont you have an obligation to charge your customers the price on your menus and wall board ? Although the amount I over paid was 30 cents, it is the principle of it...and I will not be back..No thank you and please dont insult my intellegence. To many other businesses that will serve their customers with respect..and I will gladly give my hard earned...
