Just about the worse customer service ever. Yes I called corporate and yes I got my refund but what took to get it was ridiculous. I normally would not have went to this location but because they were the only ones open during a time like this I had no choice. I ordered a cake on April 2nd around 1pm before work online order. I screenshot in my phone the date and time for my pick up was Saturday April 4th, my boyfriends birthday at 11am. When Saturday got here I was up at Baskin-Robbins at 10:55am no one was there. I sat around for a while til about 11:15am still no one store is completely dark and no cars. I took off after taking pictures of the place and called the # ending in 3131 about 15 times and still no answer. I even came back to the location around 1pm still no one I thought his birthday was over with. I waited until Monday morning to call the location and a lady picked up. I explained how I had to go to meijers and purchase a cake and I would like a refund because I’ve already paid for one I did not pick up. She told me the manager will get back with me but no one did. Tuesday and Wednesday came still no manager so I contacted corporate. After the talk with corporate a man called me I’m guessing the owner from a Pontiac number and basically said I was lying about everything. He told me I should still get the cake and I asked him for what ? I no longer need it why force me to take it I would like my refund. He kind of did a rude laugh and said no I know someone was there at 6pm. After I just told this man that I called all that day and finally gave up. It did matter if someone was there at 6pm I had a pick up for 11am. Please do not visit this location, I stay in Riverview I rather go somewhere...
Read moreOrdered a total of 4 items, approximately $35 worth of expensive ice cream, clarified this order 4 times to the woman behind the counter. I received only 3 and when I ask about the 4th she says "well you didn't say that" and I did to you, 4 times. Didn't even offer to make it for me just an "oh well, sorry." Third time coming here where you've screwed my order up somehow, I won't ever be back, Culver's or DQ for us now, where they don't make simple mistakes and the prices are half of yours. Over $9 for a large chocolate shake is insane. Get it together as a franchise owner because that's ridiculous.
UPDATE 5-19-2024: Against my screaming better judgment and several warnings to my wife who convinced me to give it another shot, the same fat female dog was here again tonight who I had an issue that made me do my last review and AGAIN had an issue as she misunderstood apparently what flavor we wanted in a cup. How do you mix up Reese's for cookie dough?? HOW?! Then you're gonna have an attitude at me when I didn't say anything near cookie dough. $35 again spent only to argue with an incompetent fat female dog.

He boasted he had 60 cakes. (Lie) I asked how long would they need for an order of a cake?? He replied 24 hours. I decided to stop into store to make sure they had the cake I wanted. Of course they didnt. I ordered a cake. I paid for my cake. I returned the next day to pick up my cake. I was then informed by the owner that they had not made the cake. He was insistent that I take another cake. I didnt want another cake. I ended up going to Dairy Queen for the cake. They saved the day.
