We dinned in on Sunday 11/10. We were looking for authentic mom and pop kinda mexican food and boy did this place come through. First off, the staff were all kind, attentive and social. They even offered a family who came in for a pickup order some water while they grabbed their order. The owner took time to chat with us, make recommendations as did our waiter, and the owner Miguel even provided us with a sample he felt we had to try! The food was so prompt, not to mention fresh. We ordered the chimichanga with fajita chicken topped with queso, the queso bowl, flautas dinner, sopapias and were given a sample of the churro to try. Absolutely nothing disappointed. If I had to recommend any of the items we had, it would hands down be the chimmichanga with fajita chicken and queso topped, as well as the churro. Never had we had a chimmichanga with fajita items inside but I never want to eT a chimmichanga any other way. It was phenomenal. The churro was they best I've ever had. The coating was perfect, it was Crunchy on the outside and perfectly goey on the inside with the most delectable dulce de Leche in and around the churro. The waiter said when you get a full order it comes with ice cream... i honestly just want a churro and a nice cup of coffee. Mmmm. The chicken in the flautas was very flavorful, the Crispiness was perfect. They spritsed some type of.. i assume it was lime juice on top with the Lettuce and tomatoes and It added even more fresh flavor to an already flavorful dish. It was served with sour cream and guacamole... again the guacamole was so fresh and flavorful. I find that at lots of restaurants you get one or the other... but here, they nailed both! The rice was wonderful, the beans were ok.. but i feel that I found them just ok because everything else was so astounding. We also ordered the Sopapias which are my partner's favorite and he said these are the best ones he's had in 20 years. They were of a decent size. Nicely crusted on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, the cinnamon and sugar dusting was the right amount and even the honey they give for drizzling was delicious. I highly recommend getting the queso it was a nice treat and a decent amount for the bowl size. I can't say enough good things about this place. It has become our new favorite spot and we will be making the 45 minute drive to visit again...

Christian a home inspector with TexInspec gave us a recommendation to try Anasofia's Mexican Grill in Allen.WOW the food was amazing and the service was on point. We were seated shortly after we arrived. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice bar area and tables that were evenly spaced out so you did not feel cramped. Chips and 2 types of salsa was delivered to the table shortly after seated and our drink orders were taken. A few moments later our drinks were delivered. Our drink glasses were kept full during our entire visit. My wife did order a frozen margarita with her meal and was delivered moments before our meals were delivered. The time between ordering our meals and receiving them were amazingly fast. Yet never once did we feel like they were rushing us with our meal. The young lady that was taking care of our table made sure our drink glasses were full. She checked on our satisfaction of the meal after we had a few bites. Further into the meal she asked if we need anything else. My wife ordered cheese and beef enchiladas with rice. She said they were yummy.I ordered the chili relleno with beef with rice and a side of beans. It was cooked to perfection. The food portions were good and we did not leave hungry. I should have ordered a margarita too my wife was nice enough to let me sample it. I will not make that mistake the next time we visit Anasofia's Mexican Grill. I definitely recommend this restaurant to my...

Ana Sofia’s is truly a treat. The warm and inviting atmosphere envelopes you, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

First and foremost, I must commend the exceptional service provided by my server AC. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. From expert menu recommendations to prompt refills on drinks, AC's professionalism truly enhanced the overall dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the food. As a self-proclaimed picky eater, I approached the menu with a hint of skepticism. However, any doubts were quickly dispelled as each dish surpassed my expectations. From the warm flavorful chili con queso, to the tender, juicy Guiso Mexicano bursting with flavor, every bite was amazing. Each dish truly has an authenticity of flavor.

What truly sets Ana Sofia's apart is its commitment to excellence without breaking the bank. Despite the impeccable quality of the food and service, the prices remain surprisingly affordable. This combination of affordability and top-notch quality makes Ana Sofia's a hidden gem in the world of Mexican cuisine.

In conclusion, Ana Sofia's is more than just a restaurant—it's where warm hospitality meets sensational flavors. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or a discerning diner, Ana Sofia's promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving more. Ana Sofia's has earned every bit of its...

Excellent food and atmosphere - my family really enjoyed our visit to Anasofia's in Allen. If you're looking to support local businesses, make sure you try this great restaurant - you'll be glad you did. My son got the quesadillas - loved them. Both my daughter and I got the enchiladas - mine is the one with the sour cream chicken and the beef and my daughter's is the two chicken enchiladas covered in queso! My wife got the fajitas - and the onions alone on that plate were worth it - we love onions and those were the best! He recommended that we try the chicken covered in mushrooms - sounded awesome so we saved that for our next visit! All in all, a great dining establishment - also got to meet the owner - great guy! Check out Anasofia's soon!

Just ate the worse meal EVERY. I ordered from the lunch menu I ordered the #11 which is the filet tilapia grilled and topped with a white wine lemon garlic butter sauce with capers served with rice, grilled vegetables. Let's just say it was horrible!! It had an over powerful lemons and garlic..it was unbearable to eat. My first plate fish looked uncooked, sent it back... second plate which was the same piece of fish was still just as bad. This experience makes me never want to return. I use to think this was a pretty good place to have lunch. But now I realized I had better. If I could give a half of a star I would. Even the plate itself looks disgusting.
