Labi's Pizza — Restaurant in Allen

This is new pizza place that just opened little bit over month ago. Its the same owner from Spazo Pizza. The reason for giving 2 stars is that while asking for the type of pizza and amount of slices in each so to know how many pies are needed, the owner or the staff didn’t mentioned about the specials they had going on that day but made us pay extra on the food when we could have paid less if the owner told us about the specials tbey were having that day!! This is not how you do business especially when its brand new businesses. It felt like he was out there yo make money off us and not telling us about any weekend specials or anything especially when we were inquiring about the pizza. I heard over the phone while one of the staff were telling another customer about the weekend specials they had on Sunday!!!! I would never want to go back to this place and get ripped off again. Its their job to tell customers if there are any specials deals going on but not have customers pay more for the same type of food we were going yo order if we knew that we can save the money and still get the deal they had…. If you want to pay more then you can go spend extra money because the staff and owner will not tell you if there is a way you can pay less and get the same type of food if applicable. Not a good way to start brand new business by ripping customers off and pizza pie was not even properly cut into slices, we had to cut the slices when we came home. I am not returning to this place and recommend not going unless you want to spend alot of money!!!

Update.... I'm not changing the fact that my firstime ordering here was what I mentioned below. I'm a little unhappy though.That noone bothered to appreciate or acknowledge my good review from the company. On my second order I paid extra for garlic cheese bread and instead just got garlic bread. We also tried the mozzarella sticks on this order, and those were not very good. That in itself is not that big of a deal but I think for the most part i'm more unhappy that the owners or managers did not acknowledge the good review and it's been over a week.

Amazing! Our first time. We were looking for some good wings and while they only have a few flavors, these wings were the best I have had here in Texas! We also had pizza and bread. I haven't been a pizza fan for a while and I am certainly not a bread fan. Both the pizza and the garlic bread were amazing! I was with my husband this evening on a work trip and wanted pizza. After looking through many different pizza places, I decided on Labi’s and did a pickup order for the Alfredo pizza and garlic bread. Both were really good and it was ready fast.

However, the most memorable part of this visit was the customer service. I walked in to get the pizza, looked around, and made a comment about wishing they had a restroom for my son and I. As we were walking out, my son told me “I hope there’s an empty cup in the truck, I really need to go” 🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

We made it halfway across the parking lot before one of the employees opened the door and told us we could come in and use theirs. I found that to be really nice because they didn’t have to let us use their private bathroom. I love places that go above and beyond for their customers. It’s hard to find it these days so for that, I will forever return here when I’m on this...
