0/5 stars. My boyfriend and I have visited this Subway location on several occasions and it has been closed multiple times despite their hours saying open online. Today, however, it was open (despite having the sign unlit ‘until it was dark’) and we were met with the actual worst attitude we have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. When we arrived, we received terrible attitude from Angel. She was short, temperamental, and almost argumentative. She had no people skills and was either in a hurry to run out the clock or to make the environment so unwelcoming that no other customer would inconvenience her the rest of the night. She actually made comments regarding how she would react during her next shift if customers brought in a buy one, get one coupon, saying to another coworker that she would “just leave,” meanwhile the restaurant lobby was full of customers about to spend money there who heard her negativity, too. She didn’t smile, she didn’t make friendly eye contact (glaring only), and she certainly didn’t respect that we were customers. Her mood and attitude affected every customer that walked through the door, including the few who walked in behind us, too. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the atmosphere was so awkward and unnecessarily hostile. Read moreI ordered online and stopped in to pick up my order. I noticed the footlong cookie I ordered wasn't there. I asked an employee, he said they didn't have any. He suggested that I switch it out for chips or drinks.. if I wanted either of those, I would've ordered it. I had to push a little bit, but walked away with the two sandwiches and a coupon for a free 6".
When I opened up the sandwiches at home, they were unacceptable. Neither was cut, neither had the correct sauce, one bread was incorrect, and items were missing and other items added. To be honest.. I'm not even sure they put chicken on either one - the meat was weird and brown.
The sandwiches were so disgusting looking, we ended up throwing both of them away. I called the store and an employee took my name, mumbled something, and HUNG UP on me.
I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant. The service, the quality, and the disappointment isn't worth it. There's a Jimmy John's less than 3 miles away, I recommend them instead!
Photos attached of my sandwich - which was supposed to be a 6". Notice the added tomatoes and no olives, no chipotle sauce, and the weird brown meat. The receipt attached is highlighted with everything that was incorrect.

Read moreThis is the only Subway I will go to, but this review is specifically for Hector. He makes the best subs, EVER. I have been eating subway (2-3/week) for about 15 years now. I stopped going as much due to the people hired now-a-days doing a terrible job and not caring. I now will ONLY go to this Subway, when he is there. Today, I was laid off from my job and have spent the better half of the day in bed, being upset. I peeled myself out of bed, to get my favorite sub, to make me feel better. I told my husband, if Hector isn't there...we will go down the road to Main Street Pub. When I walked in and seen him, my day instantly got better (it's the little things that make a difference these days). His energy and politeness (not to mention his amazing talent of making the best subs ever) made me forget about my terrible day.
