Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Allendale Charter Township

Negative stars should be a option. Supervisor went above and beyond to earn them today. Spend a little more and take your money to literally any other pizza joint.

Over the last few months i've come here to order a pizza and stix every so often with no pepperoni since I do not eat red meat. Hasn't been a real issue, other than it was messed up twice before and they had no issue remaking it the way I asked. It was an honest mistake. I never made a issue out of it. Just waited another 10 minutes.

Not today, for the third time it's messed up. The girl at the counter made the same mistake. So I go back to my car to wait while I wait for them to remake my already paid for pizza and after a few minutes I decide I've had enough and am to hungry and am going to get something else. I expected they had already started the remake but NOPE. So I ask for a refund as the larger male supervisor asks if I said if I asked for no pepperoni. Even though he says they dont customize. And if true why didn't he say that earlier. Or any of the times before if that wasn't done. Anyway I did say no pepperoni, but i'm done and would like to get a refund and would not be coming back because of the repeated mistake. He said GOOD im like ok i'll be sure to leave your feeling on the issue on a review and let your corporate office know. This is how much this location values your business and treats people even uniformed servicemembers after a long day at the office. Bottom line no customer should be treated with such indifference. This is going to make me sound like a Karen, but it's been years since I've had a positive experience at this LC.

I placed an order online to be ready at 7:30. I walked in the store at 7:34 to pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready yet. I quizzically said, "it was supposed to be ready at 7:30..." The person at the front counter then said they had to remake one of my pizzas because they messed it up. Ok, fine. So I had to wait 15 more minutes. Then at the end I thought I had ordered an additional crazy sauce than what they gave me, and the person asked me for $1.06 for another sauce. Really? You're going to nickel and dime me for another sauce after I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because you messed up my order...

This is the 4 or 5th time in a row I have been into this store between the hours of 5 and 8pm. For a company that bases its whole corporate model after “hot and ready” the are falling miserably short of hitting that goal. If you want hot and “ready” I would recommend another eatery. Every time I come here nothing is ready (outside of crazy bread), no pizzas of any sort and always told it is a 10 minute wait. So I recommend you pre-order if you want pizza from this location, because even though it is plastered everywhere inside your chance of “ready” must mean once you order the employees will get...
