I made an order in store with an international card and the money was taken and the person on the counter refused to give me my order although the money was deducted from my card. They asked me to swipe the card 4 times. Worst experience ever. I called Dublin donuts hot line and they said they can’t do anything about it. They get a two star for still having tables in front of the register. No other Dunkin Donut still practices this nonsense. Covid precautions is over. If this store still wants to practice it, then they should install a glass shield. Saw a poor old man struggling to lean forward to grab his coffee from the cashier. Nonsense. This store owner needs to wake up. Not coming back...
