China Moon Restaurant — Restaurant in Allentown

HORRRIBLE experience tonight. drive by there daily as I live close by and tonight finally called in an order for delivery ( too cold to leave house). lady kept putting phone down while taking my order and rushing me. Over an hour later my food arrived and I noticed the food was delivered in paper bag without the thermo bag, I tipped the guy and when I opened bag it was wrong and Luke warm. Called right away the lady became argumentative with me and refused to take ownership of her error not even after I reminded her that she kept putting down phone during order placing. Told me to return the food to replace after calling me a liar. I got there and was upholder by the filth I observed! she became challenging again and refused to reheat my other items and stated " we don't use these heat bags like most restaurants do to keep hot food hot". She threw the correct item in my bag and threw it on counter and...

I am VERY unsatisfied. I NEVER write reviews neither. But tonight, I am. When placing an order.. make sure you repeat yourself, stating what you want. The lady was in a hurry taking my order I didn’t think anything of it until I got my order. I can’t afford to eat out often and when I get Chinese I just get PLAIN lo mein and vegetable fried rice.. mix it together. I opened my delivery very excited, after not eating all day to be NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED! They sent me vegetable lo mein and plain lo mein. I will never place an order from here again. When I called them back about my order the lady was rude she said that I didn’t order rice and was screaming. I didn’t even say anything. Hung up the phone. Their customer service is a 0 for me. No sure what everyone...

Love this place!! I've been going to china moon for years now (ever since i moved to PA) & it's the only Chinese restaurant i go to & love out here over any other one. I've yet to try everything they make but i love it all & the dumplings are to die for!!

China moon will always be my favorite place to go to for Chinese food. The one thing i do hope & suggest (maybe others will agree?) i wish they had an online site to order online & then have it either delivered or picked up just like it would if called in.

They'd be able to have it so customers could use their credit card & or paypal even? I would totally love this because i am someone who uses online for a lot of buying. If china moon had this it would be even...
