I placed a $24 order and added a $12 order on top. I got a 12 piece nugget (which they gave us 8 pieces) meal with an extra side and a drink and a 6 piece strips meal with a drink plus 4 biscuits. I went to the Easton Rd location and they said they didn't have the order but I asked if they could give me a small side of the Nashville hot sauce and they said they would but they'd charge me. Immediately after ordering I realized the address was Union Blvd. I drove to Union Blvd and let me say whoever the manager is, he has no clue what customer service is. I spent about $40 to be told I could not have the sauce. But if I were to order a KFC bowl with Nashville hot nuggets what's the difference if they just drizzled some on to my plain nuggets. He told me he can't do that! If I could give zero stars to a manager that denied a customer an easy request I would but one star is the lowest. I think to prevent more customers from arriving because they closed at 9:00 PM, which doesn't make sense. Because everything was off outside, I couldn't see the menu well to make the order. The employee made me wait longer than "normal" for me to place my order. Since I am a recurring customer, I ordered the 3-piece BixBox, white meat. When I received my food, it wasn't white meat, and the dark pieces I got were ridiculously small and I consider paying $14.51 is a robbery!
