Worst experience of my life and will literally never order dominos again. Ordered pizza pretty late I’ll admit. Placed my order at 12:40am (they close at 2) and I live 1.5 miles away and was quoted 35-41 minute… 1:30am rolls around, still no order, then 1:45. I tried calling the store a handful of times just to get an eta or see if they’re lost because my area can be confusing for drivers and no one answers. I decide to drive there (it’s now 1:59 when I walk in) my food is still not ready. I ask for it to be cancelled and leave. They say nothing the entire time. Not one word except “what was the address”. They “delivered” my pizza at 3:04am (ring camera) after I’m already sleeping at that point and the next morning I wake up to half of it all over my door step the other half still boxed. Called to speak to the manager the next morning 3 times and no one answers. I call once from my bf’s phone and they magically pick up the first ring. After asking for the manager, the person on the phone stated they were the manager and after asking for their name they reply “tell me what the issue is first” I say “I have a guest complaint and am planning to also call corporate about my whole situation so far so can I have your name?” They say “so call them” and hung up. The whole point here is I never cared as much about my order taking long as I did the unprofessionalism of the people who work here and absolute nerve they had to show up at my house an hour after they close (and I cancelled the order) just to leave food on my door. Read moreService is horrible at this location. Not my normal location but I ordered and paid for the food for my son across town. When the order was received, it was not what I ordered. The placed order consisted of a simple pepperoni pizza and sweet mango habanero wings. The wings we received upon delivery were void of any sauce dry and hard! Quality check was done according to the tracker?.. Yeah ok. Contacted the store was told a replacement order will be issued by the first “manager” on duty, a female. Waited over an hour. NEVER CAME! called back ended up speaking to another manager who was far from apologetic his response was, “ I was never told”. To then be informed I’d have to wait 50 more minutes. This Allentown location has horrible service. I will never order from here again. Currently waiting to see if indeed this time they will follow through on promises. Callers are informed when calling calls are recorded.....I understand mistakes happen but resolve the issue immediately in a timely manner, communication is also a very effective tool to utilize in customer service a paying customer should not have to wait two hours for an item because the so called previous manger didn’t manage to fix an issue they created. Read moreWell here I go first I would like to say that at this location there's a young lady I believe her name is ANNA,, and if it wasn't for her working at this location I would not be visiting, I had problems with staff before she started working there with workers not washing their hands which is a huge problem for the owner huge problem for the owner,, ever since this young lady named ANNA has been managing this location it's been a great location for me and my family to visit, she makes sure that all staff washes their hands which is so important,, not only for customers but for the owner of the establishment Who ever owns this Domino's , remember this a great worker especially a young manager should be rewarded for her outstanding presence with out her there I'm pretty sure a lot of customers would not be visiting, and this is coming from a customer that works in the food service business,, it starts with a great manager with great skills and that's how you get great worker's,, because of the manger I give this location five stars,, keep up the great work and I will continue to visit and I have a huge platform of people I will definitely spread the...
