Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Allentown

Nice addition to the area. Very clean and the bagels are great. They’re one of the only places that actually boil their bagels which is the proper way. We don’t have any of the “big 3” Lehigh Valley bagel shops in this area so it was nice to see something come in to serve that need. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Great staff that pays very close attention to detail. I am very particular when it comes to service and consistency and this location of Manhattan Bagel gets it right, every time! The food is always fresh, and served exactly as ordered (every time). The staff is friendly, gets to know your order, and makes you feel welcome. We have also used their catering for a larger office event, and everyone loved it!

Allergy people beware: not great at customizing orders. Cute shop that has potential. Take out orders took a full 30 minutes. Spent $40 for 2 people drinks and sandwiches. My husband's sandwich included the ingredients he put on the kiosk to leave off as he has a mild allergy. Hot coffee was cold and nothing but milk; frozen coffee could've been chocolate milk.
