McDonald's — Restaurant in Allentown

I wouldn't even give them a star but since I have no other option ....

I ordered food in the drive thru and was told to pull to the 3rd window. Waited over 15 minutes and still no food. I decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. When I approached the counter I wasnt greeted. Instead I recieved a bunch employees turning their backs to me as if I wasnt there. I asked a male employee who was just standing behind the counter looking around into the lobby if he could see what was taking my food so long. He just laughed and shrugged. I asked again and he turned to another make employee and said "yo she wanna know whats takin her food so long" . they both laughed and walked away. As I walked back to my car there was a drive thru employee outside giving another car their food so I asked her if she could check on my food. She just shrugged and walked inside. I can't even make a complaint about which employee it was because none of them had name badges on. Every experience I've ever had at this location has been terrible!!! My daughter loves mcdonalds but there is a Burger King and Wendys on the same street.... Save yourself...

Stopped into this McDonald's for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Well it was not quick the lines where long and only 2 employees working the front registers taking orders the other employees where too worried about the drive thu cars where lined up around the building (that seems to be the norm in most McDonald's nowadays)... Well it took me over 16 minutes just to get to place my order. When I did my wife's sandwich was wrong (I actually watched an employee pick up my wife's sandwich off the tray and put it in a to go bag for a driver in the drive thu) I brought it to the person that took my order she Replyed oh we get you another one. & they still got it worng. My sandwich was also wrong I ordered no pickles on my big mac it came with pickels I again brought it to the attention of the person who took my order. She said to me they are busy right now and can't make another sandwitch it right away. I was shocked at her response. Very under staffed no happy...

I don’t know why I don’t learn my lesson with this place! I use it as an emergency because it’s the closet one to me. Why is the food never fresh? Why are the people who work there so rude and slow! You would think long lines means it’s busy so the food should be fresh! The training class they took shows the did not pay any attention! Why is there more mayo then chicken on my cold sandwich! Why are the fries hard and cold? This is managements fault! You can tell how much work they actually do lol managers are the rudest ones! You guys are getting just as bad as the one on 15th street where they have uneducated ghetto peoples working! Clean up your act you definitely dont wanna be compared to them! I rather travel all the way to Whitehall where they are on point and care about people ! Their fast and the food is always fresh and if there was a complaint they definitely fix it and more...
